Right after changing the rear brakes i have discovered that the squeek i get sometimes isnt the rear brakes althought they dont make as much noise now !. But after reading about the rear bearings and talkin to a friend of mine im almost certain it is these that are making the noise. My question to all is how hard is this to do on your drive ?,i feel quiet confident following instructions etc when it comes to these things but i dont wont to bite off more than i can chew !. Any ideas on the subject would be great i just want to know what im getting my self into ?. Regards Dan

Job done was easyer than i thought it would be but still squeeks alittle when turning so i think/know it must be the bearings on the rear. Not sure if im gonna atempt that one but ill start another thread seeing how easy it would be to DIY the rear bearings?. Thanks for the advice guys was a great help for the first time atempting anything like that on my own. Regards Dan

Thanks to both of you it looks and sounds easy enough , one more question thoe will i need to bleed the rear brakes? and do i have to touch the piston in the hand brake at all ?, could i jsut get away with doing the pad change ?. Regards Dan

Never done this before and am going to atempt it tommorow parts willing!. Just wondered if anyone has took pics of the process?. Just to help me along with the process i should be fine ive got all day tommorrow .Just doing it to solve squeek from right rear suspected brakes or wheel bearing so im going for the cheapest first lol. all looks fine mate has been looked at twice on ramps no bars look bent to me but im no expert . Toyota on the 15th looks the only way plus now aux belt squeeks ! lol Dan

Nether mate the rear right wheel seems to be in slightly ?, toe in if that is the right word?. I was just asking if the rear wheels on the supra can be adjusted like the front ones.

Hi everybody I have smacked my rays alloys and sent the rear passenger side wheel on the wonk!.Meaning its pointing in to the car ? the other side is straight thoe ?. I have had the tracking done today but they were just a basic garage in my town and only knew how to adjust the front wheels on theit laser tracking system. I have now booked it in with toyota st ives on the 15th of may. Any advice would be great . Dan

Re the above i have an offer of some aftermarket alloys but i believe they are 42 offset and the guy is telling me they will fit ?. They are off his Gs300 if that helps ?. Just need some advice please . Dan
