  2. imho was pants. a good film - sorry - an EXCELLENT film to watch, is the new nicolas cage film - Lord of War. Superb!
  3. i reallly want a black machine, but i would not say no to a silver one if it is just right. i am very picky in what i like. thats why its taken so long to try and find a machine i really like. the alloys in makays are exactly what i want! arg! shame they are a re cocks and not wanting to haggle!
  4. thanks guys... appreciate the help.. ah well. i'm sure i will find the right machine at some point.
  5. i take it they wont do much haggling then... i am really looking for somewhere i can get finance as well as getting service done, etc... dont think many places in perth do them. although there is a one tuner place here. i just want a nice black manual tt, decent exhaust, alloys and suspension. plus turbo timer and bits. so fairly basic is all i want. wont be doing any racing, or much tuning.. so want a relable machine.

  7. whats wrong with it? tis got a good spec....
  8. had a qte from a few companies now. tried with the mk3 and mk4 (specifically changed, as engine cc are different), and qtes all about the same.. i am liking the supra
  9. plus, anyone know of these guys? http://www.idealcarsleeds.co.uk/details.asp?cdID=346721
  10. having a partner on the policy helps, and i am a low risk area in scotland (perth)... i dunno.. bit scary so cheap!
  11. but its specifically the 1993 toyota supra rz twin turbo. The mk3 did not have rz models, did it? if so, still, good price, lookin g at a tastey supra, so might take the qte!
  12. just doing a qte for a 1993 supra rz twin manual. there is me (23), and my partner (22). 5yrs ncd, clean records..... qte from admiral -- £323.40. £250xs, full comp, 5k miles, daily runner, etc.... that cant be right? i pay more on my 1.5 civic coupe!
  13. who was pottering around in perth at the weekend? saw a near stnd black supra...
  14. Looking at buying this beast : http://www.mackaytrading.com/fullvehicledetails.asp?region=&order=&Model=&Make=&notMake=&notModel=&BodyType=9&FuelType=&Transmission=&intMin=&intMax=35000&RSpage=2&ID=59365&popup= what do you guys think? i am 23, gf 22, live in a good area, driveway, 5k miles and getting qtes of 435.70 from elephant. got 5yrs ncd, clean records.. this good?
  15. lol! guy's hand is obviously liking the view
  16. norwich union brk is with RAC, but MUCH MUCH cheaper, and usually better cover! give them a call, honestly will save you cash!
  17. http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/upload/showthread.php?t=39390
  18. just printed that! going to stick it onto my civic
  19. if they have a car, if so i guess would cost £50? get one, copy their number plate and go for a nice fast drive... that way the police will actually do something... or at lease if they dont have a car, buy one in their name
  20. the golf has some serious torque on it! it pulls like mad! not a massive fan of the looks of the civic myself, but gotta love the vtec... still i would go for the golf - high speed, strong pull.. great mpg!!
  21. dont complain, no point, your new insurer can contact your old insurer and ask.. they mostly do unless they cant be bothered.. get your ins company to call you old one! easy.
  22. it IS true.. i work at norwich union direct.. max ncd is all they can supply (ours is 5yrs), but on the proof of ncd, most supply a percentage disc aswell.. comapnys usually ask how long you had the max ncd for and calculate accordingly.
