  1. RedM white is condensation (and mine is very bad in the current weather for about 5 minutes) and gray/black is running rich due to the weather and ECU getting it wrong. I read somewhere the ECU wasn`t that well mapped for cold weather, pehraps the cars telling us not to risk taking her out in cold, damp , icy weather btw ! My mpg has dropped as well, same thing happened last year BTW Stem Seals lead to Blue Smoke just on start up and disappears. Mine makes no blue smoke at all if I use it every day, if I leave it a week then I get a little blue smoke on start up.
  2. Jamie can you put the prices next to the item to stop people going bankrupt please !
  3. No probs, the majority are friendly and helpful but ask the question about the "RED" button and it`s like you`ve murdered thousands of people ! I`d be very worried if you`d bought a Supra and didn`t know where the brake pedal was as Auto`s don`t want to slow down. Tip if you`re in D and slowing down take OD off and then go into 2 whilst braking - it will help you a lot ! Blonde, Red, Bald its irrevelant !

    The Ghost

Orange Beast my thoughts are "You`ve been Tangoed by a Lambo Murcilago" may be incorrectlly spelt ! Blue Bullet not sure ! Ghost a WHITE sheet !

    The Ghost

Its scientific, the coefficient of drag is lowest for a WHITE Supra, SILVER by far the most common lowers the top speed by 0.1 mph ! Nice car CJ Ignore the as***les they`re sad/envious/drugged to the eyeballs ! LOL I have a WHITE TT Aerotop and it looks the "Dogs Bollocks" even after a muddy road excursion, where`s my sponge !
  6. I have a manual in English with my J-Spec Import, I`ll give you the Toyota Part Number if its still available! Publication Number OM14508E Part Number 01999-14508 Try "SEARCH" first or incur the wrath of various forum members and "NEVER" ask about the RED button on the AUTO gearshift ! Forget Hovis I prefer Warburtons BTW ! Wecome !
  7. Buyers Market at the moment - Someone on here will appreciate it and hopefully offer you in the region of £5000. There are "Tatty TT`s" around the same money or less ! Good Luck
  8. Could be a burn`t out or damaged power supply wire supplying the shower, from memory 2 types of cable can be used (6mm if the distance from consumer box to shower is less than 3 metres or 10mm if its more than 3 metres, 10 mm is dearer than 6mm so a few budget conscious "rogue leccies" choose the "correct type" ) How far away from the shower is the "fishy smell" ? If its rented insist on immediate repairs as the smell may be toxic !

    .......

    The answer is 42 !
  10. I`ve got a mountain bike and I can leave any motorbike or supercar behind in my local woods as they are all too wide. I can even manage 30 mph on a downhill section !

    Tyres

Winters coming so Michelin Pilot Sport 2 Expensive well not really, I`ve been quoted £150 for a 245/45 ZR 17 PS2 fitted all in with valve / balance and old tyre disposal. In case I upset moderators I won`t mention the local tyre company in Avonmouth, Bristol (part of their name is the TV series title that had KITT the car in ) that quoted me but it was another £50 on top for one of those Slow-Fit Unfitters to fit it ! I know Toyo`s are less but the "Mich" is not just a Summer Tyre !
  12. Are you sure thats a stock system ? My J-Spec TT has 3 boxes.
  13. I wonder if she`s a spoof, do you remember "Untamed" a little while back ? BTW lots of people viewing the posts !
  14. Be careful and make sure you are being quoted for an Aerotop, check this by phoning them as Bell, Elephant and Admiral do not insure this model. They will insure an N/A or SZ Coupe however ! Lancaster wouldn`t insure my TT Aerotop. A Plan was best for me and cheapest at £368 Sky who use the same insurer Ensign was £541 Tesco was £634 as a fresh quote or £724 on my renewal note. Quite a difference in prices at the moment.
  15. Pete whats the best make that is Mac OS X and WIN XP compatible ? Netgear site says NO Belkin says YES DLink and LinkSys conflicting info ? Just for surfing wirelessly is 54 G okay in a standard size 3 bedroom house with the router connected via ethernet to a Mac on OS X upstairs and a notebook on XP downstairs ?
  16. A Plan was the best price for me, they use Ensign as insurers (same as Sky) and were happy with my list of mods. Adrian Flux and Sky were dearer. Bell Direct and Lancaster would not insure my aerotop full stop. Lancaster said it didn`t meet their criteria and Bell said they only insure certain Supra`s and not a model called Aerotop. Make sure whoever you use that they know the full name of the model Supra is as insurers may only insure certain Supra`s. In my case Supra TT Aerotop Auto GZ Import it didn`t matter I have maximum noclaims and am over 40 for Bell either.
  17. They post these from the USA, has anyone been clobbered by Import Tax on top of the price you paid ? Are these louder than a Nur Sec R ?
  18. Are these loud on a std TT ?
  19. This thread is quite interesting compared to the rest of the crap on here lately ! I`m actually surprised how calm JamesMark is ?
  20. Can`t decide whether it`s worth keeeping her as it`s a weekend car at the moment. I drive her and "F**k this car is seriously quick" there is nothing around here faster and its so easy to drive, I`ve done 5,000 miles last year and 2,000 were in a fortnight !
  21. Will this fit a J-Spec TT Auto ? Where are you in the UK I`m in Bristol BTW ?
  22. White is too fast to get dirty ! LOL Seriously agree to £3000 subject to a satisfactory inspection / MOT I had a look and its OK but my opinion would be to pay a bit more and get a tidy one ! It seems too cheap and in my brain that tells me to walk or wear a condom (take precautions) Over to you !
