Some roads are dreadful, with potholes all over the place. Still, it keeps the speed down. I cant go more than 30mph on some roads for fear of wrecking the underside!!! One thing that annoys me is the time taken these days to get major roads open after accidents. The police seem to spend an inordinate amount of time investigating some accident sites at the expense of thousands of other people (and ultimately businesses). I know that there is a need to find out what happened, so that lessons can be learnt that may help avoid subsequent accidents, but more emphasis shoudl be placed on getting the road open faster.

I agree with you Mike... I liked the exclusivity of it 3 or 4 years ago when I bought mine. Question now is, do I keep or sell? and then what do I get??? I could start a retro trend in xr2 or xr3 (if there are any still running!!!)

I havent read the article (nor do I intend to), but what saddened me was that a once relatively exclusive car like the Supra is now being touted around in a magazine such as this, with the chav audience that it attracts... The more muppets that get hold of supras the more they'll stack them and our premiums will go up, not to mention a growing stigma that'll inevitably follow such increased chavvy popularity...

Spotted this chap yesterday evening coming onto the M25 from the M40 at around 5 - 5:30.

Its got to be the middle lane hogs that get me. Everyday along the M3, M4 and M25 I pass them. There was a bloke the other week trundling along the middle lane of the M25 past Jcn 19, I passed him on the left and then pulled in to the middle lane (giving him miles of space) to overtake a truck. He flashed me and I saw him waving his hand... As I was on the off ramp at Jcn 20 he passed me (still in the middle lane) giving me the old w*nker sign. What a moron... I had to laugh Mini cab drivers are some of the worst culprits. I cant believe that people who drive for a profession do it so badly, so consistently...

Yep, good episode. The one thing I dont like about Top Gear is the way they use all those stupid 'mood' and lighting filters on the cameras on their films. I dont want to see a purple sky or horrible black blurs in the corners of my TV screen. Get rid of them... if you cant make the scenes look good enough using the cars and natural scenery, get a new film crew...

I have the CW SMIC and am very pleased with it. Yep, it cost ~£580 and was really easy to fit myself. Definitely worth the money.

In many circumstances the car will pass the MOT. Mine does... I have a friendly MOT tester who manages to get the car through without having to put one of the cats back on. Still, even if it is a case of putting the rear cat on just for the test, thats not too much bother...

My car is under a car port and when I start it up it makes the house (and I guess) next door neighbours house shake! I think it scares our cats also

LOL Same with Susie... she keeps asking me when I'm gonna sell the car, but after we go out for a drive strangely she wants me to keep it!!!! I dont think my neighbours are going to like me soon, when I begin to use the car for work and I start it up at 6:30am every morning. I think my 'danglies' might be in for a kicking!!!
