  2. Yeah thanx,I'll have them mate. Will PM you my email address
  3. Thanx mate.Nice sound hey.I've read a few threads on here about people having problems with ground clearance, but also a couple that hasn't had any probs.I'm also considering getting a Do-Luck front bumper eventually and thats gonna be another dilemma as its the only aftermarket one that I like at the moment.
  4. I wouldn't want to spend over £600 for the exhaust system mate. The Nur Spec R seems the one for me ,but I'm just a bit concerned about the ground clearance. The RSR sits snug underneath, but its not stainless steel. Hopefully the garage I use can make some adjustments if I buy the Nur SpecR. @lpher:Should have ,but I'm not sure. There are some macromedia error messages displaying when I try to open the file. slick:thanx mate.Great sound that

    She breathes .... !!

    Wow!That looks awesome mate!
  6. Bloody heck!I've seen that car parked on the island of the big roundabout going to work today. Its the one at M57 J2 as you come from the M62.There was orange police tape all over it.Sheesh
  7. Lol,this is really funny.I'm a tooth doc mate and I've never heard of someone complain of toothache that they suspect is caused by a car's exhaust. When did you last see a dentist? Pressure changes can cause toothache in teeth that have old deep fillings or recently placed fillings, but I don't think a performance exhaust would cause any changes in the cabin pressure, lol again...go see your dentist!

    max-gt bankrupt lol

ellis : My tax returns have been called works of creative genius! Maybe I should hire you as my accountant:whistle:
  9. Thanks a lot for all your input guys.I make a 9mile roundtrip to work everyday and I do generally just cruise along the way.I usually get the odd twit that wants to take me on,but racing on public roads is irresponsible and dangerous:whistle: I was quite intimidated with the car when I first started driving it in April and it literally took me a week before I started driving it with confidence. However,I do respect it very much still as I am no seasoned racing/rally car driver.I used to drive a Corolla TSPort with lowered suspension and also an old Corolla Gti and could push them as they were FWD. Ideally I would like to hone my driving skills in the Supra to deal with difficult driving conditions as I do like to drive it all the time.I'm generally very calm when I drive it and I think this helps a lot.I sometimes go a couple of days without the second turbo coming online:limp: .Whether thats a good thing I don't know.
  10. Hi all As the title says, this will be my first Winter in the Supra and its also my first RWD car.I normally drive very sensibly anyway ,but would appreciate any advise on driving on icy roads and snow.I usually crawl down the road when it pours down as I don't want to lose my baby or get injured due to some mistake/underestimation on my part.I've suffered too much a few years ago when I was involved in a terrible accident. She's a completely standard UK auto and I replaced the rear tyres with new F1's a few weeks ago. Cheers Ant

    Insurance offer

£4700!?What a rip off.I've seen that car in the flesh and its worth every penny you paid for it mate.Man you pampered that car so much I felt ashamed sometimes that I don't give mine any more attention. You also had completely new brakes.Best of all is that it was a completely unmolested very well looked after example of a UK Spec Supra. Its not even half of what you paid for it!I can't add any more to whats already been said with regards to approaching SKY again, but I would not accept that offer!
  12. Yo,thanx there Wipeout, just what I needed.I may go just for the Nur Spec R first and then a full decat later.
  13. Hi Can anybody direct me to an audio/video clip with sound of the Blitz Nur Spec R system on a Supra please? Thanx PS...I have done a search on here, but turned up with no results. Also been trying for days to download some clips on P2P network, but no luck.

    End Of a Dream

pabs, hope things are being sorted insurancewise as I write. It looks like you may have had your accident on my favourite stretch of road.Thats Burrows lane going into Eccleston isn't it.I drive it to work everyday.Saw some damage to a brickwall and a snapped off telegraph post .Once again, glad neither you or anyone else got hurt.I love that road, but only when its dry .I virtually crawl down it mostly when its wet,but believe me I'm even more carefull now. Please don't be put off by this accident as it seems you really loved owning a Supra.I don't mean to sound foolish or anything, but you only live once mate...so get another if you can!

    End Of a Dream

Your'e welcome pabs The RLTC has just moved to the top of my mods/wishlist.I know it may not save me in every situation, but it seems the way to go especially with this weather.

    End Of a Dream

Thats really bad news mate ,but I'm glad you/nobody else was hurt.Bugger,I've always looked forward seeing your Supra driving past your house every day.Hope you are able to get another one soon.Yours was really mint.If there's anything I can help with, just give me a shout mate. Cheers Ant
  18. Bloody hell! That is freaky.I got red hammer
  19. Did mine last weekend.I used an angle grinder with a wirebrush...took only a few minutes to clean on the car.Left me with a swollen hand from the angle grinder tough...never used one before, lol.Oh yes, wait at least 24 hrs before you drive your car again, because the paint may still be "soft" even though it feels dry.
  20. I know this is a long shot, but mine had a similar squeak when I first got it and eventually found it came from a loose bolt on the seat frame.Needless to say,it disappeared straight after I tightened it
