I've replaced the pads and discs on the front a few days ago and now seem to get a knock on the NSF.This only happens after the car has been parked and the knocking will only occur once or twice just after I've started driving off and braked.It also feels/sounds like the disc is rubbing on the pad for the first few seconds when I pull off my drive.I've taken the wheel off and checked the pads and disc,but could not see anything wrong.Any ideas:rolleyes: ??? Hi mate,sorry there is no part number on the diagram.If the core of your radiator is in cood nick the part you have to replace is just the upper radiator tank and a new O-ring.I haven't got a clue how much this repair will cost,but as I mentioned before,just give your local Toyota dealer a call:)

I'm sure thats a servicable part of the radiator.I came across a parts diagram with part numbers ,but can't think where I've put it.Mind you,I think there's a diagram in the manual I bought from CJ.Will post info up later today.May be worthwhile giving your local Toyota dealer a call as well tomorrow to source the part

Couldn't agree with you more mate! Spoke with the guys at SKY on the phone over the past few days.Their quote was only a few pounds lower than the best quote I got elsewhere,but none of the other low quoting insurance companies gave me the option of an agreed value and all confirmed that they would only pay out book value in the case of a total write off.Scott was very friendly and helpful:) I would certainly recommend these guys:Pling:

I have seen post where it has been stated that the UK auto can stall with the HKS SSQ blow off valve fitted if its vented to the atmosphere and not recirculated.

Just finished fitting my new genuine Toyota radiator myself.Thanx to CJ's manuals I had the courage to do it myself as it seemed pretty straightforward in the manual.I can't believe the amount of bolts the garage hasn't put back in when they worked on it.They even cut the lower shroud below the main fan.There are loads of bolts sheared off and missing from the undertray now.Must admit I sheared off two from the undertray myself:D .Anyway all seems well now
