Yeah they are great. They look white on the photos and from a distance but are actually like a silvery colour. They are £10 from Gordon F. So get yourself to the shops, get some hammerite and start painting those stoppers. You'll be glad you did.

Hi Guys Thinking of getting some new wheels over the next couple of weeks to replace my tired looking set of Rays that are on at the moment. Think I have decided to get a set of Work Emotion CR Kai's. Check them out here Can someone advise me what tyres I should get and also how much a corner they are likely to cost? Cheers

I think a dark blue would look quite nice. I originally thought about doing mine in red but as this is the first time I have done them I thought play it safe and stick with black. Much better than they looked before. Just need some decent wheels now to finish the job off nicely as the current ones aren't in great condition. I was however quite suprised to find that the are Rays wheels when I took them off. Think I am going for a set of works wheels in a nice gunmetal finish and then perhaps sell my old ones as I am sure someone would probably buy them for track days or something.

As promised here are my calipers before and after. I cleaned they with a wire brush them masked the calipers and painted them using black hamerite smooth. The stickers came from Gordon F and they came out better than I expected. A good way to spend a saturday.

I have a gunmetal Supra. IMO the best colour there is You can find some pics here

Yeah These logos are bloody good. Did my calipers today using some black hammerite smooth with some Supra logos and they look the mutz nutz. Ill post some pics of them tomorrow.

I had the same problema few weeks ago trying to work out how the manual mode works. You can press the manu button and manu mode should light up on the dash. Now the car is in manual mode you can can keep the car in gear longer and redline it. L = 1st gear 2 = snd gear D = 3rd gear This manu mode also makes gear changes quicker. One other thing I think is that in manu mode you can't get the car into four so its not one for the motorways. You should really just use the manu mode for blasting around country lanes and the like. when you need to come out of manu mode just press the manu button again, simple. Hope this helps.

Hi Guys I have finally found the wheels I want for my supra. The problem is I don't know much about them. It looks like they are work wheels but looking at their site I couldn't work out which ones they are. Does anyone know the name, colour and anyone who supplies these work wheels in the uk as I want to get a set? I want the exact same colour and preferably 19's. Cheers

Hi Guys My car is booked in to have the once over this weekend at the garage. They are going to have a look at my suspension and wheels for me as I suspect that one of the rear bushes may need replacing as I am getting a lot of knockng noise from the back left of the car or it could be something else. Someone I spoke to the other day on here said they had a similar problem and toyota replaced both front and rear ani-roll bushes and link arms. If this is the case with my car how much will I be looking at to get the car sorted? Also its having an oil change this week. What is a good recommended oil to be using. Its an NA supra if that helps. Cheers

Just found these rather nice looking wheels on suprastore.com. check out the wheels here . They are volk progressiv spoke 19"s which look rather nice in that gunmetal finish. Does anyone here have a set of these wheels. If so can you post up a pic so I can see how they look or if anyone can find a picture of a supra with these on I'd be very interested to see how they look. Cheers

Cheers guys. Ill take a look at it ASAP.

Hi everyone I want to make sure I look after my supra properly so what regular maintenance checks should I be doing on a weekly/monthly basis e.g. checking oil, tyre pressure etc. Also I am going to have to do an oil change at some point in the near future so what oil should I be using? The Car is a 97 NA Supra Automatic Cheers

Hi Guys I have a knocking noise coming from the rear left of my car. It only seems to occur at slow speeds (below 30mph) when I go over bumps in the roads so is not constant. It sounds like quite a heavy thud when it happens and only occurs on one side of the car. Has anyone got any ideas what it could be? Cheers

Hi Guys Right After a long hard look around I have found a few sets of wheels that I think Suit my gunmetal Supra. Here is the short list. - Speedline 1908's - ROH Modena's - Blitz 03's - Racing Hart CX-Rs - Volk Racing CE28N's Right Then everyone which ones should I get. At the moment I am really warming to the Volk Racing CE28-N’s. Your thoughts please.

I have already had loads of interest in my old headlights and yes I will be selling them when the new ones arrive. Ill put them in parts for sale section.

Yeah I absolutley love my sup. Had it about 8 weeks or so and its brilliant. Its an N/A and is everything I hoped for and more. Some pictures here Looking at tidying the car up a bit. I have a new set of facelift headlights on order at the moment to replace the current lights. I am also looking for some new wheels. I have made a short list of wheels I think would suit the Supra but these Volk Racing wheels weren't on that list. They do look really nice though so am tempted to get some. Only thing is there 18's and was after some 19's

Sounds like a plan. Ill let you know what my plans are when I know more over the weekend. This has actually got me thinking. Are there any other Supra owners that are either going to be going to the nurburgring on the 9th july or would fancy coming along?
-
Hi Guys Me and a couple of friends are planning to take a visit to the nurburgring on the 9th July. This will be my first visit there and I am a bit nervous about taking my shiny new motor round the track. Has anyone got any tips for making it round in one piece and what sort of time should I be aiming for in my NA supra? I was thinking about spending some time doing some practice laps on GT4 just too learn where all the corners are. Has anyone actually raced on the nurburgring on GT4 and done it for real? If so how does the game compare? Is the track pretty much how it should be when I go?
-
I got a free copy as I work a computer games company. One good thing about working there is all the free games you get. Haven't got round to playing Forza yet as have been busy trying to get my lap times down on the nurburgring on GT4.

I have also seen a similar supra on autotrader for quite a while but I thought the company that were selling it were bonzai cars. http://www.bonsaicars.com/home.htm I might be wrong but they defo had a gunmetal supra with like 3000 miles for sale. So maybe this isn't the same car.

My sup is gunmetal grey, imo the best colour you can get and one of the rarest. Gunmetal and quicksilver are different. Gunmetal is more grey than silver rather than quicksilver which is like a slightly off silver. Theres some pictures of my gunmetal sup here Enjoy
-
Its a 97 N/A auto. Its done 49,000 miles and is totally standard apart from the wheels. It took me over 6 months of hard looking to find one as good as this with the mileage I wanted and in Gunmetal grey. I know everyone will now say, nice car but shame its not a twin turbo but I think its great and much, much cheaper than a TT. Would have loved a TT but too much money.

Hi Everyone Thought I'd put a few pics up of my supra for you lot to check out. I have had the car for a few weeks now but haven't had time to take any pics of it. Its my first sup and has replaced my knackered honda civic which i sold a few days ago for a whooping £320. Wow that doesn't even cover the cost of the new headlights I have just ordered. I absolutley love the sup, its fantasic but then so would any car after driving a knackered honda civic round for four years. Everytime I put my foot down a big grin appears on my face. Maybe this is a medical condition. Think I might have a bad case of Supra Syndrome

Brasso seems to be great for cleaning plastic. I am going to be refurbing my headlights soon and then selling them when the new ones arrive. think i might use brasso on them.
