  1. Hey guys I am thinking of going to Le Mans this year but haven't been before. What route do you guys normally take? Do you just work out a route on google maps or something or is there prefered advised route for le mans visitors and good roads to take detours for? I know EVO did a trip there last year but don't know if they published a guide to le mans weekend. Cheers Trev
  2. Ill check out my car to see if the wiring is in place behind the dash and front bumper and if so I might be interested in your spoiler. Do you have the original dash button for the spoiler also and would you consider helping me fit it if I was to buy it?
  3. Well I have a 96 facelift NA supra but from reading the above thread it seems to be that its a bit of a lottery if the car has all the nessersary wiring required. I guess its best to check to see if the wirings there before buying the spoiler and by the sounds of it if everythings there its just a case of pluging everything in correct?

Hi There I am looking for a cover for a supra. Does anyone know of any places where you can buy car covers? Cheers Trev
  5. I am sure this question has been asked many a time but I couldn't find any posts on the subject when I did a quick search. Basically I am looking into the possibility of fitting an active spoiler to an NA supra and ideally I'd like to get the whole thing working as it should do in a TT so fitting the motor, ECU, dash button etc Has anyone done a full conversion before, is it a difficult job and whats required? If it is a big job does anyone know someone on here that can fit them. Many thanks Trev
  6. Thanks Rick Sorry I am taking her away from you but she is going to a good home and Ill take good care of the car. Just in case your interested this was my old car that I was telling you about: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=135675 Speak soon Trev

    car data checks

Well the deposits down now and I am picking it up next week. Ill get some pics up ASAP
  8. Hi everyone, here is another handy piece of information to remember when buying a supra. If you are getting a data check done many companies offer them for around £20-£25. I have found that the RAC will do one for just £5 and the best thing is that it is done through http://www.hpicheck.com which normally costs £19.99 so it saves you a good bit of money You can get an RAC check done here: http://www.rac.co.uk/web/vehiclechecks/status_checks/ Hope this is useful Trev

    car data checks

Good news everyone I just got an RAC data check done for £5. But this is the best bit. The check is actually done through http://www.hpicheck.com which normally costs £19.99 So if anyone is thinking of getting a data check done i'd advise using RAC as it will save you a good bit of money Trev

    car data checks

I just did a quick search and found an RAC data check for £5. http://www.rac.co.uk/web/vehiclechecks/status_checks/?source=R695&CMP=KNL-google-rac-vsc&HBX_PK=vehicle+check&HBX_OU=01 Has anyone used this one before and is it any good. The AA want £25 for what looks like the same thing Trev
  11. Hi Guys I am close to buying a supra but before I stump up the cash I want to be sure that the car has no dodgey history or outstanding credit against it etc. I checked the car throughly according to the buyers guide on here and everything seems to be in order but I'd like to get a data check carried out on the car for extra reassurance as its a private seller. Can anyone recommend the best website to get a car check carried out on and how much does it cost?

    RSP pictures

Has anyone got any good pictures of Supras in Royal Sapphire purple? I am trying to decide what colour supra I want to buy. My last one was gunmetal grey but I fancy a change so am thinking of going for RSP. I have tried looking through some of the gallery's on here but there doesn't seem to be many supras in RSP? Cheers Trev
  13. Hi Guys I am planning on going for a test drive in a supra tomorrow and have just had a good read through the buyers guide from here which i must say is very helpful. On one of the points though the guide mentions is that all the major body panels have the vin number labeled on them. Can anyone tell me where abouts to find these or does anyone have a picture of one so i know what to look out for. Cheers Trev
  14. just sent off a request form for 2 seats to retrimmed in leather/alcantra with white piping at gibson trimming Anyone got any idea on how much they will cost from there? Trev

    good tyres

Can anyone recommend good 19" tyres for a supra and/or cheap places for tyres? I am planning on buying some wheels that are: 19x8.5" + 35 19x9.5" + 45 so what type and size tyres would I need and does anyone have any preferences over tyre manufacturers? I need tyres that are good all year round tyres so not semi slicks that are not going to work in the winter On my last supra I had some Pirelli p-zero rossos which seemed good but like I said I'd like to hear from you guys on any tyres you'd recommend and prices. Cheers Trev
  16. Hi there Does anyone know any good companies that can leather trim the standard supra seats from an SZ? If so how much does it roughly cost and does anyone have any pictures of seats they have had done. Many thanks Trevor
  17. Hi there I was looking on the envy performance website and came across some wheels by ijak. Has anyone heard of this company before? I did a search on google and they seem to be a japanese wheel manufacturer but I haven't heard of them before. I like to find out some more about these wheels in particular http://www.ijak.co.jp/HPcatalog/glidm-01size.html So if anyone has any info on these or additional pictures that would be great. Trev
  18. Hey Darren Nice car there mate, I'd say in my non biased opinion thats the nicest looking supra I have ever seen Glad to see your taking good care of her. Really like the new exhaust too, looks great and bet it sounds pretty awesome Hopefully Ill be back in the sup gang soon as looking to buy another in a couple of months. Can't wait, really miss driving/owning my old car Trev
  19. I'd certainly be interested in an imported TT if the condition and the money were right. I am in no hurry to get a car and am willing to wait for the right one to come along
  20. Wow, thats a really nice car. I am really looking for a car that is unmodified as I plan to add a few performance and cosmetic upgrades but would ideally like to add them myself from scratch. After all adding you own personal touch is half the fun.
  21. Hi everyone I am looking for a facelift Supra RZ in either black or RSP. Needs to be a totally standard car if possible. If anyone knows of any car for sale then please send me an email with details, price and pictures to [email protected] Cheers Trev
  22. also video here: http://www.myspace.com/topsecretusa
  23. might look pretty good in black as the colour would hide the bonnet shut lines. I might do a photoshop image later.
  24. a few more pictures here: http://www.redlinemag.com/page/redline?entry=top_secret_supra
