  1. I'd start by checking if the car still has the 2 stock catalytic converters fitted, if one has be replaced with a decat pipe it could cause it to occasionally over boost and hit the 1bar stock ECU fuel cut, especially now the colder whether is here.
  2. The ECU part number for a 2JZ-GE Auto Supra is 89661-14600.
  3. That's not the part number for the ECU, what year is it for?
  4. If yours is a factory 93 6spd TT it should have the large diff fitted and the axle code will start with a B. If you stick your head under the car you should be able to confirm this from the photos in the link I posted.
  5. The larger diff was factory fitted to the pre-facelift 6spd TT and UK Supras. All other models had the smaller diff fitted. At the power you are running the larger diff would be the stronger option. I'd also recommend the OS Giken LSD. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?336525-Kaaz-DAT3020-LSD&p=4170539&viewfull=1#post4170539
  6. Try http://www.tcbparts.co.uk/ their prices for genuine and pattern parts is usually very good.
  7. Have you checked all the plug leads, distributor rotor and cap are properly fitted, if it won't idle, is missing and over fueling it could be not firing on all cylinders.

    ecu

10 numbers with a dash in the middle.
  9. Has it suddenly started doing it or has the car been worked on?

    ecu

The label on the ECU says what engine and transmission it is for, it also has the Toyota part number which can be checked on the EPC.

    Steering

The EPC shows the PAS pump part number is only used on the Supra and Soarer.
  12. There's usually an additional label with a Blitz part number on it, they also sometimes have the original Toyota labels which state what engine/gearbox it is for. It will 'fit' on a manual and auto, if it's a manual ECU though it will not work on an auto.

    ebay fuel pump ??

I'd go with a known brand from a known supplier, such as the GSS342 Walbro 255l/hr fuel pump which is a straight swap for the stock j-spec pump.

  16. Alternatively if you loosen/remove the rings on the back of the headlight (3 small screws) the bulbs will fit without modifying the tabs.

  18. Never tried it myself but this post may help. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?336911-Left-hand-side-vent-replacement&p=4172151&viewfull=1#post4172151
  19. Was it cold out when it happened? As the weather gets colder the boost will rise a point or two.
  20. Losing all power for a second sounds like it overboosted and hit fuel cut. The stock ECU will cut fueling if it sees above 1bar boost pressure, the removal of one of the cats could cause this raise in boost pressure. A boost gauge that shows peak boost would confirm this. If it is fuel cut you can either fit a Fuel Cut Defender (FCD) to raise the fuel cut limit or fit a restrictor ring in the exhaust to lower the peak boost below 1bar. Click on the highlighted words and -> BPU for a fuller explanation It could also be a misfire but this is usually a sustained hesitation/stuttering rather than a short, sudden loss of power.
