Missed the first 5 min... when i started watching hammond was in that "pink" thing with a bag on his head..! was great what i did see though! Did that dog move in first 5 min? as i didn't see it move at all in the rest of the show?

Robert, if you do drive down, let me know your route and how much the tolls are on the n62! My Dads place is up in San Miguel by the salt lakes.. just round the corner from villa martan and campamore golf course.. If you do drive let me know how it goes, as i am planning to drive down in sept' and could use any helpful tips! (and yes i know they drive on the right!!!!).

SupraTTesp where are you on the costa blanca? My father is close to Torrevieja/Orihuela, (well san miguel).. I am so thinking of moving over there...

My Dad lives in spain, and is getting married again later this year,, I am Going to drive out there for it as bit of a road trip... cant wait.. love most of the spanish roads! Apart from the urbanization my dad lives on, which is lovely for 4x4s not so great for the supe'!!!!!! may lose a wheel or two!

Good luck with it Pete.. As you said it may be woth getting back into the Karate as it is alot more sociable.. (sorry my spelling is rubbish!).. and may last better in the long term! (probably cheaper too!) As i train in martial arts and boxing... used to be a gym "goer" as well (when fighting alot) but ended up bored with it.. so being a member of a club seems to keep it a bit more interesting.. I have had a couple of normal gym memberships that lasted couple of year stints each.. but have been keepinig fit with my boxing & thai boxing for over 10 years.. God only know what size i would be if i had only done the normal "gym thing" and nothing else, because i would have stopped completely..

New Balance are fine mate, i've used them for running for years.. I use them for all my road work (running) they are made for exactly what you need. Whats the point of spending silly money on trainers if you using them for the gym! as long as they are right for what you want them.. Not saying that i haven't been known to spend a bit on trainers, but if your not buying them to impress or wearing them all the time.. why not buy a pair that is made purely for sports??

Rosie, You could always bring loads of free clothing down to the next SEM.. and in return you could get pic's? ??? well, worth a try anyway :D

Got mine in the centre armrest/glove box part.. fantastic... got a 60 gig pod' so have all my music with me in the car.. what ever the mood... music to match.. every now and then i just put it on random.. there is stuff on there i swear i have never heard before???? well i must have put it on there?!?!!?

Had open chest and stomach surgery December 04'.. and now twice the weight i used to be.. used to be quite active, fighting in muay thai boxing but since the op haven't been able/aloud to train properly.. after the op i was told to put on alot of weight, (was around 6stone while in hospital) due to beer and pies and no activity (well no activity in comparison!) i have doubled my body weight! but have got the all clear from the Doc to train again! :boxing: So hello long road to recovery! (and probably alot of pain and suffering!) Good luck to all getting in shape!

thinking of getting some of them myself.. for a complete numpty when it comes to inside the dash matters, how easy are these to fit?

The strike is a pain in the arse...... just for the reason that it means my sister has the day off (shes a class room/ teaching assistant at a special needs unit, to be honest she does work hard and doesn't moan about it).. and she has just phoned me to say she has knackerd my computer while using it on her "day off" while booking a holiday... COW
