sure there was going to be one... I have missed the last couple of SEM meets so can't be 100%.. Sure KatieC or Mr T has contact info', but i am sure one of them may know and post on here!

Mate, buy the next issue of Mens fitness (august issue) my doc has recomended it to me as it has a supliment on abs/stomach. It has exercises to do at home or with dumbells, due to a nice 6inch scar down my chest i have to start my "physio" next month and been told this is a very good guide! hope this helps...

I've been training in Muaythai (thaiboxing) for nearly 11years, and love it to bits! even spent some time in thailand training.. I did wander into mma a bit, but it wasnt for me as i didn't like all the holds and ground work! Had a few fights round the S.East and been helping run promotions round this way for a wile. May have to stop fighting now as I have just come back out of hospital for a month due to ruptured Ab's and intestines (sp?) (for those of you who know me and have noticed i have been quiet for the last 6 weeks thats why?!?) but that will not stop me training!

Sold.... managed to sell in the space of two days to the first person who saw it.. if only life was always that easy!!!!!!

I went on sunday.. £18 (16£ if there is ten or more) if you book on 'tinternet before end of the month.... but my lunch did cost me £10.. and i did get stuck in the gravel bit of the car park.. but a great day.. stealth was great.. queued for ages with my mates the first time (prob about 1 hour), then queued on the "single rider" bit and manages twice in about 15min!

I've been fine with mine... ( from http://www.craigsplates.co.uk/import-number-plates.html) the local plod have seen them and dont have a problem.. BUT i did previously have bike plates (which were v small to be honest) and they did tell me to change them...

I am in orpington/bromley kent.. just inside the m25.. plenty of green space fresh air etc.. london bridge about 13min away on fast the train, about 20 on a stopper..
