Be careful with that as the bearings are normaly pre greased, if you mix different types of grease you will cause more problems than you solve.

The us cars require the clutch to be down to start the car. an aftermarket clutch with a high pressure clutch plate can cause the thrust bearings to wear out very quickly. They bypass this so you don't have to start the car with the clutch down.

Gutted for you, what a pita. Its going to be engine out by the looks of things. Like Jamie said the solaris will not let the engine fire if there is no oil pressue. If you have no pressure then either the pump is damaged or its dumped all the oil out from the pressure switch or some where similar. Thats a lot of oil to come out though so would have gone somewhere and made a mess. Chech the oil level but I think the pump is going to be the problem.

I do a full fitting kit for this pump that comes with everything for installation if needed. You have to cut the metal fuel feed pipe down as the pump is a lot longer. There is a picture of this done in jamiep's project thread somewhere from when I did it.

So these pods have to use the aftermarket speaker grills and not the stock ones them, just to clarify.

This is correct for HKS cams and most aftermarket. I would get it as close to this as possible. You can buy the shims from toyota, just work out which ones you need. You only need to do the ones that need it not them all. The intake is 0.20mm and the exhaust is 0.30mm

If they are carr bolts they are done by stretch.
