  1. One of the companys in the US is speed for sale, they have good reviews on SF. https://www.speedforsale.com/supraparts/speed-sale-160a-alternator-cast-finish-limited-warranty-p-320.html?osCsid=qjog0hjn56fte52kkqg4v8hbp0 I think they are on ebay as well somewhere.
  2. Some people have way too much time on their hands
  3. The design of the housings on the BW turbos makes them look huge. Well done steve , looking forward to seeing this at suprapod.
  4. Cool, glad it was ok. Sorry it took a bit longer than expected.
  5. Can send the cooler out tomorrow for you Matt, I will pm you in a bit. Hassan, I am currently fitting 2 of these to Jamesy's car and he is running a BL box with highstall so we will see about the temps. We will be running a gauge to keep an eye on things to see how effective the coolers are with the HS. If your mounting them in the sides of the bumper and not the front it is also a good idea to run a fan as well.
  6. Pic of the kit, I also include an extra length of hose as well as I find that the one supplied is not long enough.
  7. Sorry guys had a busy day, will post the pics tomorrow.
  8. Well done Kirster, nice that we have broken into the 200's.
  9. Well done Phil, I love my High CR engine. We got to 1.5bar (over 700hp) on pump fuel with no det on mine.
  10. Have these In stock now, they are £100 + £10 del. If your running a single turbo it's best to run 2 of them but only one is needed for bpu. Will post pics later.

    dyno

Tyre pressure will effect the readings slightly, I would go for more rather than less. Dont over inflate them though as they will heat up alot if its strapped down tight.
  12. Comes with the cooler, mounting brackets, ties so you can attach it to the aircon rad, a length of hose and hose clips. Will confirm price and del time tomorrow, just waiting for them at the moment.
  13. I have seen these go for £1000 - £1200, great ecu. The boost control is crap though so wouldnt use that. Wayne was running one on his 900hp car and it delt with that very well
  14. It all depends how long your working on it per day. Some cars require more fabrication and messing around to get things to fit. You can't always charge for the whole amount if time your spending on the car either. For a spec like that from scratch I would allow a couple of months at least and go from there. Waiting for parts is deffinatly the worst bit, really holds it up. You go to do something and realise you need an extra part and it can add a week to the build. Frustrating! Jamie's engine build was a bit different as everything was already in place and I had done all the work on the car previous.
  15. The Robin feature was brilliant. Classic Clarkson.

    Polishing service

Need to be careful with engine parts, I dont recommend powder coating them at all. The process is very unkind and alot of care has to be taken to clean them out afterwards. Wasnt planning to anytime soon. Will get a price for this sorted this week. It will be on exchange basis but I am trying to collect some parts to speed up the process and help with the quality.

TT parts Cam covers £120 Manifold £135 Manifold runners £135 Throttle body £90 -12 conversion to cam covers, includes welding and blending in fitting, removing baffle plates, cleaning out and retapping so they can be bolted back in. £60 per side N/A parts Cam Covers. £140 Throttle Body. £90
  20. This one will do up to 650hp, am working on a larger one.
  21. Not yet, having some made at the moment bit there is a but if a delay so won't be avalible for a couple of months. As soon as they are ready I will get some quality pics up.
  22. If you mount them to the side of the bumper you will have no cooling effect when the car is stationary which is when you would need a fan. When the car is moving there is enough air passing through to cool it. The reason for not adding a fan in this position is that the viscous fan is pulling a lot of air through it while stationary. No gauge, he has enough to worry about just looking where he is going.
  23. Won't need cooling fan on the gearbox coolers because of the mounting position.
