Think its probably best to leave it there mate as you dont know the story. Dave has had a knightmare with this build and it was not his fault at all the car was not ready. All he wanted to do was use it but due to some problems the car broke down. Not everyone is a forum wizard and great with posting, Im just glad he has got around to posting some pics and progress. Keep it up Dave, looking forward to the seeing this, we need more pics.

I will soon be releasing 3.4L stroker kits. Have tried to come up with a range that provides an affordable but quality kit. The kits are custom made and the lead time is 8 -10 weeks. A deposit is required when ordering. You can remove the one from your stock crank but there is always the risk of damaging it so its best to buy one. This also means your stock crank is complete and can be sold on. This is a complete gearbox oil cooler kit that comes with everything needed for installation. These are essential in maintaning the reliability of the auto box as overheating is the main problem. Not on a diesel, from memory it just cuts the pump. Try running a wire direct to the pump to see if it starts.

I would put 5w30 in it.

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 seconds. The alarm will go off but it will reset it.

You and your spacers lol... I wouldnt, just find some wheels that fit properly. I know its a PITA but the end result will be better.

The tensioner arm gets in the way of the belt so it has to be removed, the part number for the belt is 6PK1865. I make up a bracket to support the power steering pump as well, just a straight bit of metal and bolt it to the original mounts.

0 disk will give you the least clearence for brakes, normally you would have this on the back of the car where brake clearence is not as important but a big dish is. On the front you would want the R disk ( high Disk) which would give you less of a dish but more clearence for big calipers.

The connector will be the same for the auto TT and Auto Na's, the maunal ones are different.
