  1. Just to clarify this is for the sub throttle TPS, the reason its a pain is it works in reverse. The butterfly rests open so the ecu needs to see the correct resistance or it will give an error. You have pm
  2. Ricky got a black carpet to go in and I had a couple of amps to fit so the interior was stripped. The control box for the gauges was tucked down the side of the trans tunnel behind the carpet so I relocated it to the glove box. In the top pic you can see on the centre panel by the gear stick, a previous owner had super glued something to the panel and it had left a nasty patch. We repaired the panel, sanding the it down, painting and retexturing it to look like stock. Carpet removed Amps wired in. Black carpet fitted Battery relocated to the boot, mounted in a custom battery tray. Sub fitted, have Jamies box at the moment but may be making another one with an Alpine sub if Jamie wants it back. Boot panel cut to fit battery and sub. Interior refitted, wouldnt even no its all in there.
  3. I dont run a front number plate on mine either, only for MOT. Never been pulled for it.
  4. I would go with a new stock one, I run that on mine and it's been fine. It's only if it's very old it becomes an issue.
  5. I was waiting for someone to pick up on that. I did ask Ricky if he wanted them done but he wanted to wait till the next stage. I must say though they are the cleanest cam covers I have ever seen. Usually the paint has bubble and there is rust on them, these are mint.
  6. HKS cam pullys, cam covers and belt installed. Super Spark coil packs Starting to come together.
  7. Stock cams and valve springs removed, we went for the BC single valve springs upgrade as we didnt have the locators for the Ferrea dual springs. Will be using the Ferrea's on the built engine. The valve clearences were checked and adjusted for my stage 2 cams, I reshimmed all 24 to get the clearences bang on. Cams installed
  8. Greddy intake polished Greddy Manifold and polished Q45 fitted, all wiring for injectors and sensors run under the manifold. This requires extending some wires but well worth it.
  9. FPR fitted The car was running 2 sandwich plates, one for the cooler and one for the gauges. This ment that the oil filter was very small and we had a problem with leaking. I relocted the sensors and removed the sandwich plate so a standard size filter could be used. Manifold runners were cleaned and reinstalled. Fuel rail and injectors. Rail and injectors fitted.
  10. All stock fuel lines removed. New fuel lines and fittings Also using a Aeromotive filter which mounts nicely into the stock holder. Titan fuel pump hanger with twin walbros all fitted up Next to the stock hanger Filter fitted
  11. Compressor housing polished, came out really nice. Installed
  12. EGT Probe bung mounted in number 6 runner. Manifold wrapped and coated, shame to cover up such a work of art but worth doing. Manifold and turbo oil feed installed. Weapon of choice , billet 6765 SP with 1.00 AR divided housing Turbo installed DP, wastgate, recirc pipe and heat shield installed.
  13. Totaly agree, its a great kit. I love the little heat shield they supply that protects the silicone hose coming off the compressor housing. Simple idea but just dont see that kind of thinking with other kits.
  14. This is what we started with, so first off everything was stripped and the engine bay cleaned. Also a wire tuck and general tidy up. Turbos removed and head cleaned ready for the HKS manifold to go on, also turbo water feed and rear oil feed caped. Rear water pipe shortened and heat covered. Oil return pipe fitted
  15. Will take this back to the begining a bit as I havnt been very good with my pictures this time. Pics of the HKS setup being used, the quality or these kits is amazing and so comprehensive.

  18. West Sussex, about 20 mins south of Gatwick airport
  19. Im afraid the 4" kit will be a long way off yet, you can run 1000hp on a 4" intercooler depending on the rest of the setup.
  20. Ok, will give this one more go. Its the buzzer for the towbar electrics, take out the panel and remove the buzzer as you dont need it. This will stop the noise, it sounds like there is a fault with the buzzer or a bad earth somewhere. Its wired from the tow bar socket to the indicators so you may have to rejoin the wires, all will become clear when you have a look. Hope this helps.
  21. Make sure you have calibrated the TPS sensors correctly on the Trac buterfly as this will cause a problem. It has to be bang on.
  22. The buzzer is only surpossed to work when the tow bar is in use, by law it has to have a buzzer that sounds when the indicators are on. Just remove the buzzer to shut it up, it will be in the rear quarter panel not too far from the light cluster.
  23. Sound like it has a buzzer for towing electrics, has it got a towbar fitted?
  24. Looks awsome mate, cant wait to see it when it comes back. I am going to have to be really careful with the engine bay, lots of bubblewrap
