    SRD Intercooler Plate

I think it would be quite difficault because of the multiple curves, will be doing a rad plate soon as well but will look into a 2 piece

    SRD Intercooler Plate

That's right it's the horn, you can bend it down out the way or bolt it underneath. There are a couple of holes underneath the plate where aftermarket intercooler usually bolt to, you can relocate it there.
  3. It's not the bracket that's in the way it's the belt, I've not had one come off yet. Could remake the lower bracket to go round the belt. Will see how it holds up to the JP testing.
  4. This will come with the wiring, alloy battery tray and fixing needed to install it. The battery tray will be the same as the one you have now Ricky. Won't be ready for a couple if weeks, may try and get some done to take to supra pod
  5. Absolute bargin for what you get, this wont be around long.
  6. Dam, hope you feel better mate. Nancy tried to kill me with an uncooked chicken Kiev once, I lost over a stone. Not nice at all.
  7. This is the engine under tray not the bumper one, will look at the bumper one for the future but at the moment its just the engine undertray.

    SRD Speaker Brackets

If you have the standard metal Rear speaker brackets they will take 17cm speakers straight in. If its a gz it will have boxes similar to the fronts. These will also take 17mm speakers but it may be necessary to modify the box for the depth of the speaker. I have the front brackets in stock £45 delivered
  9. It will do as the battery will be in the wheel well below where the roof is mounted. It does mean you have to take the spare wheel out but most people take them out to save weight and space.
  10. If you want to have a chat about the turbo water lines John, give me a shout but I'm sure you would have done them right.
  11. The cams will make little difference to the Boost threshold but will effect the power made at certain rpm points. The cams should be matched to the turbo being used.
  12. Ah ok, would have needed to be checked for straightness, they usually bow in the middle a bit and need a skim. Also pressure test it for cracks, that was probably already done though if it was refurbed.
  13. If it's changing colour it's normally a problem. It shouldn't change at all. Did you get the head skimmed when you had it off?
  14. If it's pressurising the water system it should show in a sniff test.
  15. Geo is running 264 exhaust and 256 intake
  16. No probs, it really does drive nice. It helps to use such a good dyno as well, makes it so much easier and you know it's going to be right on the road.
  17. Just got back, all went really well. Geo's drives superb, the figures were 605rwhp and around 560rwt. We were in a bit of a rush to get out the way as another car was waiting to get on. I dont have the printout so will get that tomorrow. Big thanks to Ryan for his skills with the cam timing, we had an issue with the reverse stagger setup and it took a while to setup but Ryan got it spot on. It spools amazing, great street car, full boost by 4000rpm. Edit: boost was 1.7 bar

    SRD Twin 14" Fan Kit

Yes it does come with wiring and relays. There are different ways to wire them up so I will advise on purchase depending on the setup, there are basic instruction provided including mounting.
  19. He's doing it for love. Your next, I need an events organiser and burger flipper

    SRD Intercooler Plate

Will be around £22 delivery to luxembourg im affraid but I usually do free delivery to the UK so if we say £15 extra for delivery is that ok?
  21. The instructions are spot on, if you mark the centre exactly where is says you wont go wrong. You can use some cardboard as a template, make a hole in the centre and lay it in position then draw round it. Perfect
  22. The diameter of the hole is 100mm.
