    SRD Built Autoboxes

    Stage 3 info added
  3. Ryan will go to you to map the Syvecs
  4. I think Stuart W had the most power over here on a stocl block, could be wrong though
  5. Looking awesome mate, glad these are going to a good home
  6. You wouldn't change the pump just because the seal is leaking. Usually you would fit a new seal correctly first and most of the time that will cure the leak. A failing oil pump will give you other signs before the seal starts to leak. As others have said if its not broke leave it alone, get the pressure tested to see if its ok but the oil pressure light will tell if there us a problem. If its taking ages to go out when you start the car then its signs of a worn pump.

    SRD Built Autoboxes

Still waiting in the final parts for Glenn's box. Will get some pics up once they are here.
  8. Could get the pained or powder coated.
  9. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?276401-SRD-chrome-plenum I use the greddy style manifold, takes a bit of modification to get it right though. I do a full package with everything needed, comes in around £1250 and includes SRD Plenum Q45 tb TPS adapter Intercooler pipe kit Longer throttle cable Battery relocation kit Washer bottle
  10. Not much going on at the moment. Will have the diff by the end of the week so will get some pics up of the underneath.
  11. Hi mate, all in first post on page one. The alloy expansion tank is £50 extra, delivery is £15
  12. Yep needs the spacer but the inside needs to be machined exactly the same as on the stock manifold
  13. Basically it hasn't got a flange that will take the one way valve and rubber seal. What they are saying is fine, you can leave the parts out and it will work but its best to sort it.

    Compression Ratio

Mine was on a standalone AEM but it would have been better on the Syvecs. AEM FIC would be no good

    Compression Ratio

**Edit-- beat me to it lol...** The 11:1 pistons for the NA would be used if you were keeping it an NA and you were trying to get more power. You will want a good ecu if you want to keep your engine in one piece and get the most out of high compression. The ECU needs to react quick, have very good knock control, engine trips and fine fuel trimming.

Depends how much power you want to run and the fuel you use really. High compression is great I ran 9.5:1 and loved it. With a good ecu 9.5:1 is fine to a point and then you would have to run an additive of some sort to help against det. I wanted to push it a bit more really with mine to see how much further you could go on pump fuel. I think for 600hp you could get away with between 9.5:1 - 10:1 on 99 but you would need a syvecs, good injectors and racing plugs
  17. As already said, sounds like one of the valves are not working correctly and not letting the second turbo work properly. I would avoid driving hard as you may do some damage. Does it feel like its surging a bit after 4000rpm? What does to boost to?
  18. Where are the claims that you are taking with a pinch of salt?
  19. No one has claimed anything at all, not sure what your getting at really.
  20. Already painted back, will post pics up tomorrow
  21. There are only 2 possible things with this. Either is was tightened down incorrectly Or The cam has been dropped on its end at some point, doesn't have to be very hard but that will crack it and then it will break on install.
  22. Really! Is this the same ECC that are on the GTROC?
  23. I tried to tell you on a previous thread that they didn't know what they were doing with a supra. The front crank pulley bolts are tight and you need the correct tools to do it right. Its a shame you didn't just bring the car to me as originally planed.
