    SRD Built Autoboxes

Yes this is Glenn's box, all in and running now but obviously not had much chance to test it lol... Bloody weather Will update with estimated power limits soon but we expect big things from the stage 4 Should take some good power.
  2. More drain on battery system and more chance of it failing. Risky on a road car but if you don't drive it much would probably be ok. The extra pull from the alternator would probaly counter act the saving though.
  3. As James said the 264 would be perfect, no low down losses but nice gains in midrange and top end. I have them in stock £550 + del http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?229575-SRD-Stage-1-2-and-3-Camshafts
  4. I know its sad but I'm on it, been playing for months lol.. SRD Clan if you want to join
  5. If it the metal one then yes, if its a plastic one then no.
  6. No I wont be doing a twin wastgate manifold, this will run the HKS 60mm wastgate and there will be a T4 version very soon.
  7. SRD V Band Manifold, will be getting Zircotec coated along with the turbo exhaust housing and down pipe.
  8. Couple of pics of the Turbo HKS T62R
  9. Here are a few pics of Charlie's (SRR) track car we did recently. 1JZ GTE and R154 gearbox in to an FC RX7, was a tight fit lol. It will be running a syvecs so just a bit of wiring left to do which Ryan will be taking car of.
  10. The audio system will be high quality, I have a good relationship with Alpine and as Jay already had the Type R fronts we wanted to go with a full system. INE-W925R SPR-17S (Front Speakers) SPR-17C (Rear Speakers) PDX-F4 (Midrange Amp) PDX-M6 (Sub Amp) SWR-T10 (Sub) SRD Custom Sub Box Focal RCA cables
  11. The doors already had an early version of my speaker brackets in with alpine R Type speakers. We are reusing the speakers as they are very good but fitting new speaker brackets. The mastic that holds the waterproof membrane on had gone completely hard and useless so we renewed it.
  12. Turning our attention to the inside of the car, Simon did a great job of fitting the roll cage in and making the rear bars removable. Jay wants to keep the rear seats usable so the rear cross bars are quick release. Will get more pics of the cage up once the interior goes in. For now we have stripped the cage back out so we can work on it. Despite the big power we still want to make the car drivable so the inside will be full trim with audio system. We start by sound proofing the whole interior which will also help with heat from the engine bar and trans tunnel.
  13. Would be right on the limit but theoretically yes.
  14. We are going old school with the fuel pumps. Tripple walbros in a billet hanger, they will be staged with two running all the time and the third only when needed. Pumps will be controlled by the Syvecs and fuel pressure monitored as well. I really like this setup as the hanger is a work of art and it keeps the fuel lines nice and simple.
  15. We gave the fuel tank a bit of a clean up as it was very dirty and the metal breather pipe on top was very corroded so we made a new one.
  16. As Jamie says its a HKS T62 which is the part number. It's the next size up from the T51. They didn't make many of them as they were a special edition. They are rated to around 1200hp

    Engine Bay Boxes

We are improving the design slightly, will be making the next set soon. Will add pics and prices as soon as its done.
  18. You could make a bracket that uses the battery clamp mounting bracket bolt I may look at doing it anyway as you have a fair point.
  19. The stock one doesnt go in that postion it bolts down behind the AC rad which you cant do if you have a FMIC
  20. No if you look in the picture they screw to the front panel by the battery.
  21. Think of it as a Christmas present lol..
  22. Will have some small updates over the Christmas period.
