  1. Thanks guys Yes head will be very similar spec to Jamie's (yours)
  2. Rear brake lines made up with quick release fittings
  3. They are awesome though aren't they and so light.
  4. It is a good idea, they use them in motorsport as well for same reason. The only draw back is the price lol... I don't think you want to know how much lol
  5. Fitting for the brake lines, all stainless steel Not sure if this has been done on a supra before but we are using quick release fittings for the rear brakes. Jay will be swapping over to NA brakes to put drag wheels on and these fittings mean that you can disconnect the brake line with out loosing fluid or needing to bleed the brakes.
  6. Most aftermarket injectors are top feed so if your going for a big fuel system and changing the rail then the top feeds are needed and will flow more fuel.
  7. Heat wrap can look good if you use the DEI Titanium stuff, the normal heat wrap does not last and falls apart.
  8. Yes I would say so, it will last longer than heat wrap which can fall apart. It looks alot better and In testing has shown it can work better than heat wrap. The only down side is its alot more money.
  9. Got the bits back from Zircotec, superb finish as always
  10. Intake runners, fuel rail and fittings painted. Everything ready to go in, injectors, new o rings and new bolts. All assembled
  11. No doesn't need it on this one. Lol... We even have an oven now to bake the parts in, they come out so much better.
  12. DAW pulley set supplied and polished by Rob, thank you mate Everything was very dirty and covered in oil so we gave it a clean up and painted some parts. New FMS seal, crank pulley and TRD thermostat fitted.
  13. This is spray on paint not heat coated, mainly for astetics but does help a bit
  14. HKS manifold heat painted and ready to go on. HKS 3" down pipe HKS 60mm wastgate, work of art !
  15. As Jamie said, make a bracket for the dp to the gearbox like stock. If you have a recirculating wastgate pipe make sure you put a flexi in it.
  16. The FMS and front crank pulley needed replacing so the front of the engine stripped down. PS tank relocated to the back of the engine bay, this will be painted later.
  17. Engine bay looms stripped out for the wire tuck The engine bay was looking a bit tired so we painted it.
  18. For the moment it will be but will be getting a syvecs at some point. We are fitting a few sensors now while its apart.
  19. Thats exactly what we are shooting for, a very fast spooling 600hp
  20. When James brought his car to me it already had some good spec but wasn’t quite making the most of it. The spec before we started was: 1993 Auto Supra Precision Billet 6262 Turbo Custom turbo kit using stock manifold 2.5" DP and MP HKS Fcon V Pro ECU UK 550 Injectors with resistor Pack Fuel lab FPR Walbro Fuel Pump 2 Row FMIC Kit SRD Stage 1 Cams Refreshed Head Built Bottom End: ACL Race Bearings ARP Head Studs ARP Rod Bolts Wiseco Pistons UK spec Brakes Custom Exhaust System With this spec the car was producing 390hp and 384ftlbs at the hubs on TDI’s dyno. As the dyno shows there was some restriction at the top end and the power drops off quite a bit. The aim was to change the spec to get more power but keep the car as responsive as possible. As the car already had the very good billet 6262, this would be kept and the rest of the spec would compliment this. James also wanted to give the engine bay a make over, we had Steve M’s car here at the time and James was very keen to have something that looked similar. Its already a really nice looking car so we just wasnted to give it an engine bay that would complete the car. Unfortunately I don’t have a full pic of the engine bay before starting but have one during the initial strip down. Revised Spec will include: HKS T4 Turbo kit with GT 60 wastegate 3” DP and MP Custom SRD 3” Exhaust System Billet 6262 Turbo (as before) SRD Greddy Style Intake manifold Kit Including Q45 TB SRD Battery to boot relocation kit Bosch 044 Fuel pump with SRD Fitting kit SRD Fuel pulsation damper removal line 800cc drop in Injectors SRD Stage 1 cams (as before) SRD Alloy Radiator SRD Twin Fan Kit SRD Custom Breather Kit SRD -12 cam cover mods Twin SRD Auto Gearox Coolers SRD Billet Aux Belt Pulley DAW Pulley Set DAW Luck Bonnet RS Bonnet Dampers with custom brackets Full Wire Tuck with fuse box relocation and engine bay tidy up AEM AFR gauge And some Polishing Engine bay during initial strip down
