  1. The rest of the respray finished along with the underside prepped and coated in black raptor.
  2. Next part was the painstaking process of smoothing the engine bay This requires a lot of time and patience lol... Colin has done a great job.
  3. The LFA and TTG keeping each other company
  4. Once the car was stripped it was off to the bodyshop. Colin Hibbit who did all the body work prep and fab work on the last Car was the only choice as we wanted the same high level of finish. Just like the last Car Jay wanted a smooth look so that meant some changes. Things to be done. Full engine bay smooth Underside prepped and painted in black raptor Rear wiper delete Badge delete Centre brake light delete Sids marker delete Door lock delete Aerial delete Rear arches cut All new seals, trims and quarter glass Body styling is fairly stock but with some nice additions. TRD half carbon spoiler TRD carbon bonnet RMM style earless front lip
  5. We have the pleasure of building yet another epic Supra for Jay Even though Jay has some other truly awesome cars including a Lexus LFA, Pagani Huayra and under ground racing TTG, his first love is very much the Supra. With that pretty intimidating array of cars in his garage it was almost scary to try and build a Supra that could sit amongst them. But hay, this is SRD and that’s what we do best Our aim is to have an all round car that is relatively stock body, pleasant to drive, blistering performance and also show car quality. So here it goes This is how we received the car, not registered yet so no plates. Been sitting for a little while since it got imported so has got a little grubby but was a good condition Car Pretty stock facelift VVTI Car, just some coilovers, exhaust and intake kit. First off was the strip down

The issue we have with Syvecs is the firmware has to be updated by them. So if you need extra control strategies or anything extra you have to ask then wait for it. This is why all the kit production is done by them in house. With Motec a tuner can write their own code and statergies how ever they want. This makes it more flexible and means that a kit can developed by a tuner. We are still working on the 8 speed on the 2J, once that’s done then we will start looking into the IS-F kit

This car is running the stock ecu reflashed which uses the Dim sport software. We are however in the process or doing a stand alone kit for the IS-F, this will be a great addition I think and good if your running the engine and box in another car. I will post some info once we get a bit close with it. From what RR Racing have said the re-flash works perfectly fine for thier current supercharger setups They are looking to do a 900hp kit which will benefit from a stand-alone Also the 2017 cars (RC-F, LC) can’t be flashed
  13. Your Car is mapped on ethanol, so just add that to the fuel tank instead. Much better and safer way of achieving what you want.

    Merry Christmas

It’s been a great year for SRD, we have built some awesome cars. Will be recapping this week with some pics and videos. Next year we have some exciting projects to finish off so will be big updates coming soon. Also a big addition to our workshop facilities as well which we are really looking forward to getting up and running. Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone and all our customers for a great year. Have a very Merry Christmas and a great new year.
  22. Yeah for your Power you don’t need the either really, will spool well as it is. Try not to over complicate what your doing as it can just lead to unnecessary issues. Just fit a fuel flex and map the car on pump fuel first then ethanol. If you need any more info drop me a pm if you want
