Its an easy job with electric fans, this is a direct replacement so it plugs straight in

External pump, Ok if you feel the need. The supra tank is a very good design, even on Jay's 1200hp build we are doing now we are using in tank pumps. Keep it simple, don't over complicate it. Toyota did a very good job designing this car, only mod what you need to.

The problem you have is the voltage will drop very low and this effects fueling, idle and spark on boost. Also most standard alternators are 15 years old now so are getting tired.

Looking good Chris, should have used a hole saw to cut those holes out though lol -
Closer pic of the SRD 160amp alternator. A must have when running twin fans, Audio system ect. Intercooler pipe work is now finished and dump valve mounted Custom PS tank we made, holds more fluid than stock so helps with cooling. We also have a PS cooler as well. Jay wanted it to look like it was floating so the mounting was a bit tricky

For that power you can use the stock fuel line All you need is a bosch 044 with in tank fitting kit, Remove the pulsation damper with a braided line (you can buy a kit for this) An adjustable fuel pressure regulator and fitting kit A rail and some good injectors (Asnu are recommended and very good)

We got a HKS funnel for the turbo which came in the usual purple finish. It didn't go with the rest of the look so we changed it to a black and polished finish to match the rest of the bay

You could put them in a bpu car no problem. same gains really only difference is the turbo setup runs out of puff at the top end.

Yes deffinatly, good midrange and top end gains with out the low down losses

The CR will have no effect on the boost threshold of the turbo but the engine will make more power low down (and across the hole rev range) and feel more responsive.

Mock fitting if the hypertune manifold, this is the big port version with 100mm TB Some pulleys fitted and down pipe mocked up.
