It won't cause det no as its cutting a whole injector cycle To get det from running lean it needs to still be firing but not enough fuel to keep it cool

No because its a complete cut, running lean its still firing just very hot. If that was the case then racelogic traction control would cause det which it doesn't

You should have checked the head was flat, they usually need a skim as they distort.

Won't fit properly You can't bolt the fan shroud on and it fowls on the bonnet

Depends who fitted the Clifford, usually starter and ignition cut Could be one cut on the alarm gone down. More likely something else though, just bypass it quickly with done jumper cables to eliminate it

It can come apart, as said you here to take crank pulley and timing cover off to get to it. Unless you have a bore scope then take the crank sensor out and have a look through the hole
