  1. No problem John, it's been a pleasure to build. Finished engine bay pics will be up later
  2. Syvecs ECU and IO expander in We didn't want to put the usual overflow tank on as the bay looks so good. We made a custom one that fits above the intercooler We wanted to make it still accessible so the water level could be checked so we made a custom intercooler plate. This has a hole for the neck to stick through, I think it came out really well
  3. Hypertune TB being assembled, work of art these things We made a custom power tank as unfortunately the hypertune doesn't give you enough clearance to use an NA tank Intercooler pipe work being made up and a new ETS 4" intercooler core fitted New washer bottle mounted in the boot
  4. Its more to do with the top wast gate touching the brake line fitting , its all way too close.

    Rad cap help

Just make sure that when the car is upto temp and got that the cap is opening and letting the pressure out. Feel the overflow tank and make sure it's warm and water is getting out the rad The problem we had was the kneck welded onto the rad was machined slightly wrong and the cap pulled down too tight and had no room to open

    Rad cap help

Was the rad cap a tight fit on the rad We had an issue wth one of these rads where the caps were too tight and they could not self bleed. We have stopped supplying them now because of this. Check this first but if it's not that then do some testing for head gasket failure
  7. I keep them in stock Gates don't use the length as the part number but dayco or fia do There are loads on eBay, just search 6pk1975
  8. For the exhaust John wanted it to be a little quieter than he had before We went for the Tanabe Medalion cat back exhaust as it's very good quality and quiet The down pipe and mid pipe that was originally on the car were mild steel and didn't fit very well. We kept the down pipe, modified it to fit and heat wrapped it. We then fitted a blitz stainless steel mid pipe
  9. With the ABS being deleted we remade all the front brake lines in Teflon line with stainless steel fittings To keep it neat we fitted a new LHD master cylinder as we did with Jay's car. Engine also dropped in and the start of pipe work being made.
  10. Haven't updated for a while so thought I would try and bring this up to date before we return next week. We stripped and refurbed the diff and installed TRD internals Gearbox has been rebuilt to SRD stage 3 spec and we are using a stock TC now.
  11. Mount the controller some where safe where it wont get knocked or damaged. You don't need to use the AC override 12v power direct to battery or if you want it neater run it into the fuse box and bolt it to the main power there 12v ignition you can pick up in the fuse box as there are quite a few switched supplies in there Earths for the fans on the chassis, there is a bolt behind the battery on the chassis leg, use that You can also mount the controller on the side of the chassis leg You will need to trim the battery tray slighty around the fans

  13. Just change the pulley for the fluidampr then the belt will fit We keep them in stock
  14. Just checked and can confirm the belt for the ATI/Titan pulley is 6PK1975 as I said so length is 1975
  15. The ATI/Titan uses a different size belt. 6PK1975 if I remember right The fluidampr uses stock size belt
  16. My bad, I miss read it. Thought he ment FMS
  17. Probably an incorrectly fitted front main seal, even 1mm into far and it will leak. You always get alot of oil pressure when cold that's perfectly normal What was it reading?
  18. Ah the fluid filled gauge, does catch a few people out
  19. Really? Lol... I can't see one We looking at the same pic
  20. Rest of the engine going together
  21. No it's discontinued now, that was the last one and sold
  22. Along with the new spec for the car John opted for a Hypertune intake manifold kit. We have also fitted Asnu 1100cc injectors Shiny shiny
