  1. 6466 gen 2 is 900hp, needs a built engine to make the most of it
  2. The 6266 gen 2 is rated to 800hp and with ethanol will be reached but maxed out.
  3. Seems fine how it is now then, that's what I would expect to see Keep an eye on it, if it changes again would be worth checking it with another gauge to make sure before worrying too much. If your thinking of changing the oil may be worth dropping it and having a close look at it. Should give you an indication if anything is going on inside the engine.
  4. Needs an accurate gauge on their to measure it so your not seeing the wrong thing Is the calibration of the sensor correct? Would be worth putting a mechanical gauge on to confirm what the other gauge is reason. If the oil pressure at idle is lower than before then that indicates something is going on Should be 1.5-2 bar at idle when warm depending on viscosity We would be using 10w50 or 10w60 in that engine Have the oil squirters been removed?

    *** On Holiday ***

Just to let everyone know I'm going on holiday for two weeks tomorrow Work shop will be closed as we have some improvements going on. I will still be available on PM and email though if needed just may be a little slower to respond. Sunny weather here I come
  7. Its more to do with the pistons and bore clearences than an actual issue, a little piston slap when cold is normal with some forged pistons
  8. Unfortunately not. The price is already very good for this car being a Uk 6 speed with this spec.
  9. Been tried before, quite complex and expensive. More suited to Diesels Not really needed with the turbo technology we have now
  10. No problem Anthony was a pleasure to do and a great result. Very nice car you have there. I will get the rest of the dyno print outs for you
  11. I probably have a HKS adapter here somewhere, if not will have one by the time the exhaust changes hands
  12. So you can lock the TC while cruising to drop the rpm down
  13. That will be balancing or tyres I would have though Or the wrong type of spacers, will check when it's in
  14. Yeah we have full computer alignment so let me know if you need it done.
  15. The whifbitz one will not work as the HKS V band is a different size
  16. The wheels are Matt silver centres with polished lip from CCW so colour is not exact but looks great. Really is a nice looking car
  17. Advertising this car on behalf of a customer, we fitted the Syvecs ecu and had Ryan map it Its great spec and condition car for the money. Some info from the owner 1995 Toyota Supra UK 6 Speed - Single turbo conversion I have owned this car since October 2000, I’m the 3rd owner and with a current mileage just short of 90,000 miles. MOT is current and can brought up to date for the sale. General condition Overall the car is in very good condition inside and out, I’m not aware of any rust and only a few minor scratches and stone chips on the bodywork. The electric Aerial is broken but have an S2000 one to replace it The car was serviced 3 years ago and has been MOT’d every year but hasn’t been driven. Engine This engine was built and used by JPS Motorsport in the early days of his orange drag car and has run at 850+ HP at Santa Pod. The engine was specifically built for high HP and high temps, balanced; compression is in spec and almost identical across all cylinders. 18. Speak to Sam at TDI, he is your best option for the FCon
  19. Thanks Rob. Will send pm's over in the morning and get this started
  20. Sounds high for running in oil, maybe slightly over reading
  21. I would still use 10w60 in this engine even if it wasn't going on track
  22. We see lower oil pressure on the 10w40 oil Also this car is going to be used hard and tracked, will be revving high and 800hp+ I don't think he will worry about fuel consumption
