  1. Thanks guys Typical price is around £130
  2. That pic shows everything included There are two mounting brackets, one for the rear that replaces the stock and one that bolts to the middle floor brace
  3. Here it is almost finished, just the skirting to finish off, really happy with how it came out 4 Post service and alignment ramp Full computer alignment Nitrogen filling station AC servicing and regas ECU diagnostics
  4. The recess was then finished off with some steel plate edging which we painted red. We covered around the edge of the recess with some black floor matting Next step was to install the storage units and worktop We went for a fitted setup rather than a toolbox to give it a nice clean look. We also installed a flat screen TV which we use for the alignment. This can also display the camera feed from above so we can see when driving onto the ramp.
  5. Ramp being installed, we went with a Snap On 4 post alignment ramp. We then painted the floor and installed some new lights
  6. Concrete base going in, then the shuttering. Shuttering removed and now time for some paint
  7. Haven't updated this for a while so thought I would post some pics up of this years upgrades. We have now revamped the original single car workshop that I started in all those years ago. As we now had the two ramps in the main workshop, this room was only getting used for storage. As we have a lot of big projects on the go the main two ramps were being used for them which left us no space to do servicing or alignments. What we wanted was to build a dedicated service and alignment bay for doing smaller jobs that would be available when we needed it. We started by clearing the space We then had to pull up all the old floor which was wood floor on top of a thin layer of concrete

    Merry Christmas !

Just wanted to say a big Merry Christmas and a happy new to everyone We have had a great year again and built some awesome cars. Thank you to all our customers for giving us the opportunity to work on your cars. Next year is set to be even busier and we have a lot of very special builds coming up. We have made some upgrades to the Workshop as well which some of you have seen. While I'm off next week I will update some threads with what's been happening and some of the builds that are underway. Big thank you again from all at SRD Merry Christmas !
  10. Merry Christmas! Exhausts are now in the UK. If I can get the final payment now that would be great. Thanks
  11. Big case diff or small case diff?
  12. As you have full auto control your cal override is already being used
  13. Check the vac lines are all still on, I can't see that he would map it like that. Maybe the map sensor vac line has popped off.
  14. Sound like it was in limp mode on the syvecs. The AEM does that when it goes off the scale lean which is usually when you lift off the throttle. That's perfectly normal
  15. 8.5" ! you just wish you had them on your supra
  16. Doesn't make any difference, you can still fit it the same way
  17. If the engine is in the car you don't need one You fit the gearbox with the clutch plates and cover on the gearbox shaft Then bolt the clutch up through the inspection hatches after the gearbox is bolted up
  18. The main reason was probably drivability, the auto will always be smoother. What they seem to have achieved is something between the two. It has the gear changes of a DCT, even more so on the down shift as its quicker but the comfort of an auto. Launch control will always be an issue with a TC but its something we will look at once finished. With the gearing it has though I wont have any problems pulling away fast.
  19. With Ryan being away we have had to do a bit of research and spend some time on it ourselves. What we have found out is this box very advanced, there are only three manufactures in the world making 8 speed boxes. The AA80E has been used in a few different Lexus models and also in a Cadillac in the USA. We are now very confident this box will hold some big power, 700ftlbs (900hp) plus should be no problem at all in stock form. It works very differently to a conventional Auto Gearbox which is why we have had issues controlling it correctly on the Syvecs ECU. We have improved it a lot with the time we have spent so far and its starting to drive very nice. The performance side is amazing and the gear changes up and down are lightening fast, it really doesn’t feel like an auto with a TC. We are working to try and add some settings to the Syvecs gearbox strategy so we have more control. The other option which Ryan will be working on soon is to use the stock Lexus gearbox ECU to control the box. This will give us the silky smooth control that we need but still ability to adjust settings. This is the same way the R35 is done. With the work so far we really like the box and once completed will be an awesome conversion for an auto supra.
  20. Have a look at the bottom of your pic and you will see If it's not that it will be assigned wrong in the canbus frame work

The down pipe depends on which manifold it's for and would have to be made May be able to do something on a harness but the plugs are out of stock currently
