  1. Little update. To give the turbo the clearence needed I had a 10mm spacer welded on to the manifold. This stops the compressor housing touching the number 2 runner. Also cut the end of the turbo housing off and welded a pipe on the end to give it the turn needed to get down to the intercooler. The housing is now off to the be polished along with a few other bits. New CW suspension ready to go on just need some new stock top mounts.
  2. Power FC, AEM, Link, Solaris, Emanage. Give him a call he will come to you to do the mapping. Full map on a Power FC is normally between £250 - £300 depending on spec. Plus a bit of petrol money for travelling and if he forgets his sandwiches buy him a burger
  3. Give Ryan a call at 2bartuning 07812 786303 http://www.2bartuning.com/
  4. And people say HKS turbos are a waste of money These american chocolate turbos dont seem to last very long
  5. Its a very clean engine, no excessive wear and everthing looks great up top. Really good considering the use the car has had
  6. Looking a bit sorry for its self at the moment but thats it all apart now. Stock cams and fuel lines removed.
  7. Yes, they are reusable.
  8. The arp studs are an imperial allen key, size is 3/16. The nuts are 13mm multisided socket. Sorry should have made it clearer. As Dude said the stockers are head bolts, the ARP's are nuts and studs. The stock head bolts are a 12mm spline fitting. Hope this helps.
  9. I use a 13mm multisided socket on the arp's fits perfect.
  10. 13mm multisided socket will do them IIRC
  11. Its well worth doing while its apart, it costs around £65 from toyota.

  13. Cheers Jamie, Im looking forward to 2 bar It was just the one bit of drifting and a new pair of pants! Was a good day, well done Fitz for organising and thank to Matt at AFR for the hospitality.
  14. Depending on the weather, I can go.
  15. Im on it, if only the thing would fit properly. The customer is a bit of a pain too, keeps asking for more stuff to be done. He is very demanding you know.
  16. lol.. yes the HKS T62 is rated to 1200hp. Its the turbo that sumo power run on fujin. I think just a tad too big for what you want. I would say HKS T04Z at the moment, but definitely hold out till till the new billet wheel turbos have seen some action. Jamie will be pushing one to its limits fairly soon.
  17. Yeah too low and too far back, even if you space the turbo up the compressor outlet fouls on the number 1 runner. Cant win
  18. It actually doesnt prove to be a problem, as long as you fit a heat shield as I have. If you dont then it can boil the brake and clutch fluid and even melt the reservoir if you track the car. Not as nice as Ken's but you get the idea.
  19. That looks just right, will need space it up a bit to be able to rotate the housing but I will keep it as small as possible.
  20. No should be fine, the N/A will have 1 port going to the rear of the car then split at the back. Then the other two go to each of the front calipers. I will check with Paul to see what he did with the others but we should be able to use 1 port to go to both front calipers by splitting it like the rears.
