  1. Radiator and fans fitted, need to do the wiring and relays next. Fuses for fans will be in the fuse box also. I run these fans on my own car they are very good. Down pipe, turbo blanket and heat shield in. New CW suspension fitted up with brand new top mounts, bumb stops and rubber boots. Will get some more pics up tomorrow.
  2. Power steering tank and fuel filter mounted, gauge will go on soon. Sorry for the crappy pictures my camera is touch and go. Wiring tucked and away, abs relay box is gone now as abs removed and alternator wire extended and run underneath. You can also see intercooler pipe work, its a bit tight under there. Wiring all tucked on passenger side and fuse box relocated, will get pics of that when its finished.
  3. Well worth the effort with the loom, all the injector plugs underneath and loom out the way. Manifold and throttle body fitted. Ignitor pack mounted.
  4. Yeah works really well, I looked at the rotation plate but couldnt see it working on a RHD car so came up with this instead.
  5. Power steering cooler mounted and plumbed in Manifold runners fitted. Injectors and rail fitted also the last of the fuel lines made up. When I fitted the injector plugs I stripped the loom back and reloomed it so it would run under the manifold runners out of site.
  6. Progress update. As we are running the intercooler piping straight down rather than through the wing, I had this made to adjust the angle of the lower water pipe which gets in the way. Here it is in location. Turbo mounted and housing polished, bling and black go together very well. The powder coating looks great but unfortunately the process is very messy, every part has to be thoroughly cleaned. The cam covers were taken apart and washed out, I then drilled and taped them with bolts for reassembly. New oil cooler lines made as we were not 100% happy with the old ones also inline temp sensor. Cams now fitted and front of engine reassembled with shinny bits.
  7. Wont be trac control as the ecu has been removed and that normally just puts the trac light on continuously.
  8. Charlie at SRR is looking for one at the moment, might be worth giving him a shout.
  9. Wow, looking really good.
  10. They are very handy actually, glad I got it. Nancy helped me put it together! But I did get told off though.
  11. Cheers dude, still havent got the sling yet but wll let you know when it turns up.
  12. Not a nice job to do though, real PITA. Yep, Snap-On man got me again!
  13. Jamie got the filter but any where that does aeromotive stuff can supply it. I get all the lines and fittings from think automotive.
  14. The extra cc wont make any noticeable difference to spool.
  15. Fuel pump hanger installed and fittings attached. Aeromotive high flow fuel filter mounted to stock bracket. Single -10 input from tank and twin -6 outputs to feed rail from each end. Maniflold and downpipe heat wrapped.
  16. I suppose on an NA there is a bit more space, 29ft.lbf going by the work shop manual
  17. Yes you can, give Steve Manley a call 01865 291333. He can help you out with that.
  18. 29ft.lbf if you can get the torque wrench in there. Normally only a spanner will fit.
  19. Hope it goes alright for you mate.
  20. Titan Fuel pump hanger assembled with twin walbro pumps.
