  1. Folks, As the engine starts up in the morning, just for a couple of seconds I get blue smoke from the exhaust then after that everything is fine. There is no excessive oil consumption and the engine pulls just fine. If I startup it up later in the day (engine probably still warm) then everything is normal. Any ideas ? cheers Neil.
  2. There were no "optional extras" on UK specs. The only choice you had was 6spd/auto & TT/NA. Anything else was due to changes in specs for each year. Around mid 95 was when toyota introduced a fully operational high level brake light on to the UK spec. Cheers Neil.
  3. The illumination on the heater controls being tempremental is a common fault on UK specs (Mr Toyota garage said anyway). I took the dash off to ensure it was tight. No problems since. The dimmly lit TRC light does sound as though there is something not quite right with the traction control system (or connections) but it is not realted to the dashboard illumination). Cheers Neil.
  4. Thanks Adam. you say it comes with a heat shield ? Does that fit ok ? Neil
  5. Adam, Do you have any pictures? This is the one I was thinking of getting but have held off since a few threads have said none of the Blitz ones will go on a UK spec. cheers Neil.
  6. Both front and back are 36 psi for the uk 17 inchers. Cheers Neil
  7. mines a uk so I have 17inchers. I set them to 36psi as per the sticker on the inside of the door pillar. cheers Neil.
  8. roughly how much are the cosworth pistons (per set). they they come will all the bits and bobs, ie rings, seals, bearings or do you have to buy al them as well? do they fit the standard crankshaft or do you need it machining to match ? Out of curisity how much overbore can you go to on a supra before you go to far with what the ecu can cope with ? cheers Neil.
