  1. Your diet needs changing massively. To give you an idea of what I eat 6:30 - porridge with raisons, fresh orange, vit tablet, protein shake with whole milk 9:00 Croisant with creame cheese and ham 11:00 bannana and some cashews 12:00 GYM 1:00 protein shake with water 1.30 2 rounds of tuna sarnies on brown bread 4:30 natural yoghurt or some cottage cheese with some more nuts 7:00 ish Dinner fresh veg, meat and spuds (tend to mix it up for dinner but eat a lot) 9:30 another protein shake and a table spoon of penut butter Note - I drink proably 3 litres of water a day too Also I am a bit skeptical of your figures. Shifting up 40kg in bench in 3 months is a lot and at 12 st lifting 80kg is also a lot but either way, you can see how much you need to bulk up now
  2. Firstly define eat like a horse....and what sort of food is it?? post a sample daily intake. I can bet you are still not eating enough Secondly if you are getting stronger, you cant really not get bigger, they kinda go hand in hand. Its probably a combination of diet and training thats letting you down. Post up what you were doing before? Forget Growth or Gear for now Unfortunately there is no such thing as quick gains Paul and Geo are dead right though, I wouldn't bother with any additional ab work as they will be getting hammered during other exercises
  3. I agree stacking growth with a steroid is prob the way to go if you are serious and loaded do your research first though and maybe chat to someone who has done it before I am finding it excellent mate and incrementally increasing weights nearly each week so making good progress. The simplicity of it is great too as you can really focus on each lift in each session with maximum concentration as there are only 3. One thing to note is that you tend to peak at some point and its worth a week or 2 de-loading, well ive found it helps you break through the flat spot. The way its designed is that you have workout A and workout B and its run like this Week 1 Monday = A Wednesday = B Friday A Week 2 Monday = B Wednesday = A Friday B And to only use 3 working sets of 5 including a few light warmup ones. And only 1 all out set of deadlifts at the end, believe me its enough given the intensity of deadlifts;) which you are probably all to familiar with
  4. Without a proper diet, you may as well not bother going To be honest, its whatever works for you. For example I have been giving an all out strength workout a run for the past 5 weeks which looks like this Monday 3x5 squats 3x5 bench 1x5 deadlifts Wednesday 3x5 squats 3x5 pendlay rows 3x5 military press Friday 3x5 squats 3x5 bench 1x5 deadlifts I tend to mix it up every 8 weeeks and have a full week off every 8-10 weeks and just get as much food down my neck as I can
  5. Once you train hard mate you will be glad of the food in the morning. Sounds horrible, but you might need to force it down at the start if you cant manage it, but trust me you will need to food. On your training, please please dont fall into the 95% of guys training routienes hitting arms and abs with a bit of chest and nothing else. big compounds should form the basis of your training and maybe chuck a few isolation moves like bicep curls in if you have anything left in the tank at the end. By big compounds I mean, squats, deadlifts, bench press and gorilla/military press. Humous is ok, but has a lot of fat. Cashew nuts are the same but good for extra calories. Tuna and cottage cheese are fine if you can stomach that every day. I like snacking on natural yoghurt, nuts, fruit, and penut butter on ryvitas. Soya nuts are quite good too but well bland
  6. Your diet needs tons of work but you probably know that already and can now start to make a few modifications. For a kick off, you are missing the most important meal of the day in breakfast. Dont forget your body has been deprived of nutrients and water all night so getting up and not eating is essentially starving your body. Good breakfast imo is porridge with raisons, a protein shake, vitamin tablet and a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. bit busy at work to answer the rest but sure Geo will chip in with the rest >
  7. Not really I googled her name and the other one came up. Thought it was a coincidence given the name, but both ages at the time of the murders stack up too. Another ridiculous decision by our justice system again by the looks of it and another unnecessary life lost
  8. And if it is, why wasn't she detained indefinately like it says in the first article? Funny how they dont mention the first murder Inccident in 2005 http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/article-23371812-daughter-admits-killing-her-own-mother.do Todays Latest Story http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-15252020 Discuss

  13. I am with you mate, total and utter immaturity and no respect for other road users lives. Sort of idiots that crash into a relative or freind and kill them but walk away unscathed.

  20. call the police, explain the problem and complain of chest pain and an itchy red skin rash you have developed lately. Say you have overheard talk of a bomb. He will soon take it down or stop what he is doing
