Apparantly it's a prototype and he wasn't very forthcoming with the specs/details. If it is a PR stunt etc one thing we do know is that the phone does belong to Apple.

Bit far fetched for a PR stunt as the cops were involved etc..but you never know. The design makes sense, looks quite like the iPad, what makes me believe this to be true is the fact that this appears to be the same phone in the picture below (top right) More on the story here http://www.engadget.com/2010/04/18/iphone-4g-proof/

I think in the case of the 2 fellas mutilating that poor woman, the same should be done to them. It clearly was premeditated and not just a 'moment of madness'.

You've gone into recovery console mode, reboot the PC, when you get to the Windows install option, dont select 'R', just hit enter to install Windows, at this stage it will scan all partitions for Windows, if detected it will give you the repair option. IF THE REPAIR OPTION IS NOT LISTED THEN DO NOT PROCEED WITH INSTALL AS ALL DATA WILL BE LOST Good luck.
