    Obviously these Govt advisors have never been out recently and seen how some cyclists especially in London fail to observe redlights, oneway streets, give way signs etc. A think that the footway is another lane for cyclists. Lets just make it a free for all for them.

    Ok there was at the last count more than a few packs waiting to be sent out. They are being worked through, but you must remember that they are being done in spare time. I appreciate that some of you have had to wait some considerable time for them, but they are being done.

    The only way to fight a council issues parking tickey is to request arbitration. This sin't a Court, and therefore the burden of proof is not the same as that required of a court. Most cases that go before arbitration fail. The fact of the matter is, that you did park in contravention of the regulations. The fact that the ticket in this instance was not signed when placed before the abitration panel will be neither here nor there. As CW said, how much will it cost you to argue sucessfully to avoid a £30 fine?

    Symonds was offerd full immunity by the FIA if he fell on his sword and shopped Briatore. Symmonds refused to co-operate and failed to answer any questions during the investigation. So the two protagonists have left. Renault still deserve some sanction but I hope that they allow them to continue in 2010. If they don't then I know for a fact that 700 people will be looking at redundancy.
