    He has no exemption under the Road Traffic Act to speed. Therefore any "evidence" he hands over would only implicate himself. He sounds like a deluded "wannabe" and is bordering on impersonating offences. It wouldn't IMO go anywhere at court, and his actions are bordering on harassment act offences, for which he has no defence in law.

    Hi. Firstly we're not accepting applications for new traders at present, and if we were there would be a fair few in the queue before you. Secondly, you will have to have your forum username changed,as you cannot use your business name unless you are an authorised trader. Please contact one of the admin team who will be happy to help.

    Andyhannah of Miami GT has formally requested to be removed as a trader from this forum at the conclusion of the two current disputes running in the disputes & resolution section. For info see here & here. Therefore, the club has decided to suspend their trader status from this forum as per clause 6 & 8 of the Terms & Conditions for Traders. All sales threads posted by Miami GT will be closed forthwith.

    Well it'll be the other parties insurance that is paying, so I would say yes, you get to choose your preferred repairer. You may have to do some legwork and get at least three quotes to compare. Some guys here have selected a preferred repairer in the past with no issues IIRC.

    It's not name calling, it's my opinion. I've dealt with the consequences of loss of control far too many times to remember. There are places to go to try and find the limits of you and your car, and public places or even building sites aren't the places to try.
