    next step is the bodywork and the interior mmmmm the yellow does look good, although this is the equivalent of the msb but is growing on me

    finaly got my spitfire back from the garage just drove it the 50miles back home.   8. i am looking at getting one of these but the last one i tried to buy on here, i ended up not getting it and the guy had an interest free loan for about 4 months

  14. i am sitting here drinking tsingtao thinking to myself fcuk i have only 2 months of freedom left before i get married, i am arranging a weekend stag do in belgium and its taking my mind of the big day. i am 49 this year (i think) and now i am starting to go off topic as i am now starting to think about work, relaxing WTF is that and you think you have problems, anyway all the best and a toast to nevins and sam ps that spitfire i bought of you guys has been in the garage for 13months now and i get it back next week yayyyy:D

I have run big construction site for years, i used to see some of the antics companys would let there workers get up to used to scare the hell out of me, i have seen some really bad accidents in my time But nowadays things are massively better, but you still see some idiots doing stuff they should not, although i do agree health and safety is a great thing for the construction industry, it has got a little silly with some things, but what really annoys me is the health and safety reps on sites are so engrossed in catching guys not wearing the correct PPE that they sometimes miss the bigger problems:rolleyes:
  18. ahh its what we call a foul manhole, you will not need any building regs if its on you property to change of re-level the covers, tip of the day is " when breaking the mortar holding the covers in place put a plastic sheet inside the manhole to stop debri getting into the pipes"
  19. you need a 3" edging float for the edges, and if you want a rough finish then a light tamp will do it (mix the concrete not to wet) and use a peice of 4x2 on edge to create the finish by lightly tamping across the shuttering
