The best thing about getting older is the insurance is cheaper. I bought a car for my daughter insurance for me £120 for her £800 for a 1.3 fiesta.:nana: These days the insurance = the value of the car so if someone hits you and the insurance scraps it they lose feck all.

I have been out in the supra once in nearly three months,I now have four metal plates in my foot and cant walk on it yet. I took it out for half an hour last week ,loved it. Got a funny look when i got out at the cashpoint with the crutches.ha ha The best thing i ever did was buy an auto. HAD to get a lift to pick it up as i cant drive my mondeo 4x4 manual,then arrange a lift back but it was worth it.:more:

Tell them to replace your car with another like for like, IF they can get another the same condition as yours etc for that money. Then EVERYONES A WINNER . They like taking the premmium but hang it out,when they have to pay out. They come out with a stupid offer,then you have to go running about to prove the cars worth more. Makes you maaaaaaaddddd. keep fighting

my car is lowered i have 285/35/18 on the rear.the arches are cut back and have falken tyres, [more radius on the edges]for clearance .They only rub on left rear when hitting a crater, sorry pot hole, on our shit roads in bristol.

if you go to the EBC WEBSITE it should tell you what you need regarding sizes etc' hope this helps:)
