As long as the interest rate dosen't go up to 15%like it did when thatcher was in, buying and renting a house out is good. This government will just wait until everyone gets their 'help to buy morgage' sorted then the interest rate will go up.

remove the spacers ? i think it makes a difference with the brand of tyres used, some have a bit more radius on the edge

if its got a full toyota service record toyota should know about the car they might have even done the mots, if the v5 is still in the previous owners name you can see the old mots online

what is the difference on the level between hot and cold oil , if its not much why worry its just as important to check the oil level when the car is on a level surface i check mine from cold if thats helpfull -
auxillary belt tensioner bearing . make sure its a High Temp sealed bearing and not just an ordinary 6203 bearing as it is right behind the rad . i managed to get one from [Quality .Bearings .Online, ]part number 6203LHA-NTN

i have used havoline syn fully synthetic 5-40 for years, i was woundering if the castrol it was a better oil.

Has anyone used this oil in their bpu supra engine ? would it be ok to use.
