    Mystery

Saw a very sweet looking supe heading east towards eastbourne from brighton yesterday (Saturday 27th) sometime around 12pmish. Chrome wheels, purple greeny flip paint, aerotop. Very nice paint and bodykit. Been reading back over the past month, sounds like the same one thats been mentioned a few times around shoreham and maidstone. Be good to get this guy or gal on here, its a sweet ride
  6. yep took the soundproofing off today. Sounds fantastic now. Still might get a nice slotted bonnet though. Cheers keef, i thought it was all stuck on as well as the clips. Easy to remove. Clips were a bit of a bstard though
  7. I thought of that but im not sure how cleanly ill be able to remove it all
  8. Carlos thats a lot of different differences on the different differences
  9. Right then. I've just had a Blitz super sound dump valve fitted, it sounds real good, but it sounds even better when the bonnets up. So this leads to the obvious decision of buying a bonnet with vents in (a good excuse i reckon). Does anyone know whether its better to buy the whole bonnet, or get a bodyshop to cut the holes in? If its better to get a bonnet wheres the best place to get one from? Cheers peeps
  10. the noise was ok, i didnt think the backfiring was good though. Cheers for clearing it up though.
  11. Cheers matey. Just had it done along with a blitz supersound blow off valve. Valve sounds good, sounds better when bonnets open. But having problems with decat. I reckon it sounds too loud and i'm suffering backfiring problems. Reckon i'm just gonna get it taken off
  12. Hey guys and gals. Ive got my full decat pipe and restrictor ring for my J-Spec TT Manual. I wanna get it fitted today, but i need to know whether i NEED a boost controller? Will the restrictor ring stop it overboosting and damaging the engine, or do i need a boost controller as well? Cheers
  13. Ive bought this led kit. It's the nuts, looks absolutely fantastic. Got a veilside style kit on it and the led's finish the car off a treat. This kits expensive, but well worth the money. Im trying to decide whether to go for suspension lighting now, kinda leaning towards thinking that might be going to far
  14. ive got a sat nav system with speedo on that, will that give a more accurate reading? You think the sld is working? Or wired incorrectly
  15. Hi everyone. Im wondering if anyone knows approximately wat the top speed is on a j-spec tt. Ive got an apexi induction kit and cat back nur-speed exhaust. As far as i know the boost is running standard. I've got a sld on it and i managed to get to 160mph at 5000rpm. (On a rolling road of course ) Does this sound pretty right or is the sld not working?
  16. I'm pretty new to this. Can i count myself in as well?
  17. Hi all. Im about to have both cats removed on my 95 j-spec tt. Im a little lost with reading about all the sensors and restrictor rings. Can someone give me a quick explanation to what i need to do? Cheers
  18. I'm needing some help. Im trying to find somewhere to get the pipes to decat both cats. Can anyone help?
  19. Has anyone got any rough ideas to how much it would cost to remove both cats on a 95 twin turbo?
