  6. I had some weird dreams on holiday... In one I was doing backstroke down my local high street which was 3 ft under water.. I was shouting at my mate 'come in the water is really nice' when my girlfriend woke me up
  7. We will give you 20% off if you are a club member Ollie
  8. We are working to get the agreed value policies back, as mentioned this should be back in the near future. What we can offer (and not many other companies do this) is like for like cover on your modifications. If you are an existing customer we will still offer the agreed value policy. Hope that helps regards Ollie
  9. Ok, Animal: as you know I passed this on to Scott Wilson, our Office Manager. I understand from Scott that he has talked this situation through and things are clearer now Please do let me know by pm if there are any further problems Thanks Ollie Sky Insurance
  10. You have an explanation PM Regards Ollie
  11. My apologies for not responding to your earlier post. This is a rather bizarre situation which and without your details is difficult to comment on. Please could you send me your details (I'm also sending you a PM) and I'll take a look at this. Alternatively please phone Scott Wilson our Office Manager and he'll be pleased to look into this further for you. The one thing I am struggling with is that it is easy and standard procedure for us to offer a copy of any documentation so I am not sure what has happended there. Please include any relavent details / queries in your PM or telephone call. Thanks Ollie Frost Sky Insurance
  12. Please dont be concerned Let me clarify a little further: When paying for your insurance monthly by direct debit your full certificate is usually issued straight away, or at least within the first couple of months. When paying for your insurance in installments a cover note is issued. My apologies for not making this clear in my previous post
  13. Thanks. That sound more representative of our service. Unfortunately there is always a margin for error when taking out insurance policies however much we try to convince ourselves otherwise.
  14. Hi, yes, this is the way it works with most insurance companies when paying in installments. Until the final installment is paid, we are unable to offer the full certificate, this is standard industry practice. A way around this is to pay in full when taking out the premium but to put it on a interest free credit card, then you will receive you certificate for the year. Hope that helps Ollie
  15. It is my job to respond to any insurance queries/questions from club members. Unfortunately I have just got back from a week annual leave so I am just getting back up to speed. Please rest assured I will respond to any queries as quickly as I see them.
  16. Hi, I'm sorry to here this. Please could you pm me your full name and address and I'll get this sorted for you. My apologies for the belated reply I have just got back from annual leave and I am just catching up with the forums. I'll do my best to get to the bottom of this and make sure you are sorted. Thanks Ollie Sky Insurance
  17. Have you tried Sky? We offer a 20% discount to any Mkiv OC member... We cant guarantee to beat every other company out there, but please get in contact for a quote. Cheers Ollie Customer Service Manager Sky Insurance http://www.skyinsurance.co.uk
  18. LOL:d seriously if you have a reg number and all the information I need to give them a quote we will enter them into the draw. I don't care when its due for renewal.
  19. Gutted. Why don't you get a quote for you wife/ GF?
  20. Win £250 of Envy vouchers for simply getting a quote. Anyone who contacts Sky Insurance between now and 07/09/07 will be entered into a draw to win £250 worth of Envy vouchers. When contacting Sky simply quote “Envy Raffle” to the call handler to be entered into the draw. There will be one entry per new customer, so ringing for quotes for ten different cars will still only enter you once to the competition. Good luck everyone! Jae Sky Insurance 0870 11 21 759
  21. Hi, You should have had your mod form sent back to you as the other post suggests as the documents from the insurer will never show what modifications you have. Give me a call or PM with your details and I'll sort it out for you and amend your address! Scott @ Sky Insurance
