Certainly but there are many more who are goody two shoes financialy who are also falling foul of the reccession, my MiL has never been in debt in her life (mortgage excepted) and saved for everything. She's paid the mortgage off and drives a modest car, all she has to pay for are her household bills and food and yesterday she was made redundant from the conference centre she worked for. You mean August 2007 surely?

For a car to pass the SVA it has to be under 97db. Bruntingthorpe had 97 imposed on it because of this reason. A standard Supra is 74db, if yours is 120db then it's 15 times louder than a standard car, also we have to wear ear defenders at work with a 83db limit. 87bd and your employer has to give you a safe haven so you can take a break from the noise.

It was already in trouble about 4 years before the Westbrook picture but it was her that made Burberry realise they had a big problem. Iirc they don't make the check for sale in the UK now.

Mine is 74db. It's got to be the GP circuit at Brands surely- the Indy track, while nice just doesn't have the same appeal.

Why do they have Croydon Facelifts anyway? It is very rarely a good look (Nelly Furtado once carried it off) and 99% of the female caucasian population look better with their hair down. Another thing, why are female chavs fat obese sea mammals yet male chavs are skinny rodents?

Did Number1boyRacer have that plate? I wonder if the 208mph is a theoretical speed based on 20 inch rims with the increased rolling radius over 17s, though not sure it's make a 16mph difference.

Sorry, I meant turbo-props. Is the 70 tons the maxium take off weight? (got the figure from wiki) I always thought forced induction resisted lowering of air pressure better than N/A's?

Would you need 44? A hercules has 4 Alison V12's with about 16,000hp between them and flies at 370mph up to 10,000 meters with a 2000 mile range, and weighs 70 tons - surely the Hercules would only need 16 2jz's to fly?

Silly question but isn't it the wings that provide the lift but the engines that provide the speed? Surely if you get to take off speed then you're going up? A Rolls Royce Merlin is around 1000hp, a 2JZ will easily hold this for a dyno run or a 7 mile WOT run at Bonniville but would it hold together at 70% of maximum power for 1000 hours? Keeping the oil, water and charge temperatures at their correct levels would also be a challenge.
