  1. Speak to Jezzy about getting a salvaged 6 speed box and bits then ask/beg DSA to fit it all (££££'s loads) Iirc Tlicence made a parts guide in Tech, so if Jezzy doesn't have allthe bis you can either ask Steve Manley at Oxford Toyota for the parts or trawl supraforums for them.
  2. I send the Butler over to DSA with pocket full of cash.

    Supra Tattoo

Ignore the haters, it'll look excellent.
  4. Manchester Terriers have those colours and are a small breed. A rotty pup would be huge. How many layers does it's coat have?
  5. Going to retract that, I'm thinking of another M3 (saw the listing as new after commenting)
  6. Your circumstances may change. Plenty of people thought they would never sell their P&J (any marque) then all of a sudden it's gotta go. 5 of my collegues lost their jobs yesterday, had I been one of those the car would have been on ebay with no reserve (and I guess that is the only true way of establishing value). I'm clearly being thick about the parts prices- can you explain that mate
  7. That's ok if you want to chuck money away for no good reason, but I'd quite like to sell mine and get an e36 M3 without putting any money into the BMW. I know Jake said the other week you shouldn't worry about residules but I would rather keep my money in my pocket than just lose it with nothing to show for it- if you see what I mean.
  8. Look at the prices our cars sell for, compared to what the Europeans and Americans sell for (and the Americans have more cars than us). Half the problem is importers selling cars as cheap as possible or just plain under cutting private sellers. The other problem is that the Supra has a very bad image, actually it's fecking awful. They are famed for having daft bodykits in colours that would look better on a dyno-rod van. Though not a prestige marque it's a rare car that is pretty fast and should be worth a hell of a lot more than they are currently.
  9. Holy hell that's lighter than the carbon supra in Scandinavia

    Cheap Supra's

Just had a quick look at clean stock Supras are all over the place, some are £4750, others are £8k. Then you've got the spaz chariots going for peanuts.
  11. Imo vids like that have no place on this site, especialy any fatals.
  12. Christ that thing will need a facelift soon!
  13. Could be a genuine cock up.
  14. US fuel is better than ours, but an interesting point, a car set up for US 95 is going to be retarding like hell if Porsche only put EU 95 in it.
  15. Funny how the GTR is faster on every track in independent tests. Anyway, it's not like Porsche have to try and justify why the TT costs twice as much as the GTR is it...
  16. It's a brave colour to try and sell.
  17. What is the full spec of your car and what was the original colour?
  18. That is pretty much what Osbourne said yesterday and what countless commentators have been saying for years- why is the UK bankrupt, it f**king shouldn't be with the amount of tax we pay though the "Welfare Culture" hasn't helped.
  19. 95% of the population of this island deal with the banking system one way or another. If Bank A goes under it takes with it all it's employees, the mortgage book, peoples savings, pensions etc. If Bank A has borrowed off Bank B then that too is at risk of losing money, and the whole cycle repeats. Indirectly people have no confidence and are not spending their money incase they need it for other things, MFI, Rosebys, Pendragon & Woolworths have either gone under, been bought out or are on the brink, they too have employees who are also hoarding money. How many 58 registration plates have you seen this month?
  20. Ok, people lose jobs, houses, companies fold. If you were to really ramp up the doom and gloom it could start a war.
  21. If you went tits up how many people would be affected?
