Me and the mrs are thinking of building one, we were going to get a TVR Tuscan Race Car and make it road legal, but we stopped working out how much it would cost once the total rose to £36,000. Then we thought of a Griffith with a Chevy LSX engine, although the Cobra will be an easier build.

Never done the 1/4 mile, but just for amusement, recorded 250bhp at the wheels, 153mph after 1.5 miles of Brunters. (auto jdm).

Front bonnet air intake??? Front bonnet eh? Does that mean he has a rear bonnet too? Large sums on the styling? Looks standard to me, except those blinging pimptastic wheels. Has rooling road print-outs too- does he lose 250bhp through tranny losses I wonder????

Chilli, I've driven a T350C, it would completely fuck over my Supra, straight-line, handling (on a track you wouldn't see which way it went). His car still is a bit crap though- panel gaps you could walk through, the window broke, the heater was stuck on full afterburner reheat, the widows kept fogging up, and the seat broke. All in one 30 mile drive.

Why isn't there an air filter infront of that really expensive turbo, which is bolted to the side of a really expensive engine?
