My biggest concern would be getting the car covered in road salt. That stuff knackers everything & is why I limit my P&J use in winter.

If you can answer yes to any of these questions: a) sheet ice on road? b) Supra has spazzed geometry? c) you are an incompetent tool? then stay at home, otherwise just carry on with your business.

I sometimes wonder about the members of this club. Perhaps some ought to have a decent specialist go over their cars to see why they are so 'twitchy' and perhaps give themselves a once over too.

What happened to the rest of the car? There is no way I'd take mine at 20mph, stock ride hight & suspension and even when I had UK17's there was no way I'd entertain a 20mph speed hump. Actually i don't like doing it in my Getz.

When I was 17 I made some specs for Rolf Harris & David Jason, also made a monocle for some actor I hadn't heard of but all the (older) women were swooning like crazy. I was also interviewed by Tiff for 5th Gear in the Supra and have walked my dog with Debbie McGee.

If they sold enough Insights (or whatever replaced them) to cover the costs of "Real Earth Dreams" on the F1 cars then it's money well spent, plus they can filter the R&D down to road cars (gearboxes especially). The manufacturers in deepest doo-do are Renault, Toyota & BMW, then for the other teams just look at their sponsors to see who will weather this storm, Vodafone and Marlboro aren't in trouble, but RBS just had a UK governmnet bail-out.

Type G = we copied a GReddy Gracer kit? I had that GReddy lip on mine until that cow crashed into it, as it was discontinued the insurance company fitted a Bomex one which looked much better.

I think BMW & Toyota will be next & once due diligence is done nobody will buy Honda.

The incredibly adjustable suspension is probably pissed & tired and I doubt many people on this forum have 235/45/17 & 255/40/17 Michelin XGT-Z's or Pilot SX's on stock Toyota alloys. Another edit- yet another test car supplied by Toyota was wearing Bridgestone Potenza RE020's.
