  1. Litres - depends if you also wanna know what sort of capacity to have in reserve for when you mess it up for the 30th time and rub it back to bare steel while muttering about listening to people Guide - you are asking a similar question to the man about to strip down and rebuild a car while asking if we think its a good idea he buy any spanners Seriously, hit google and do some searching
  2. That is about right mate yeah
  3. If you have not ever painted before, id suggest getting some experience on a small old car with flat paints, then up to metallics, then finally onto pearls, and then onto the Supra. Not at all easy.
  4. The parts and any specialist work (engine, leatherwork etc) are far far more expensive than an MGB. My dad has 2 MGB's he has restored himself, and my uncle had a mk2 Jag too. The difference in terms of parts prices and specialist work is like chalk and cheese.
  5. Could you not just have a filling? Why are you going to have to have a root canal done?
  6. Crikey, you will be a bag of nerves if you do that
  7. I doubt it will be a FMIC, unless they were NA-T I would concentrate on enjoying the car and not worrying about it. IF problems occur, sort them when they occur
  8. All that response and his gear changes take 7 seconds Also, love that the 7" dial rev counter doesn't appear to work
  9. You probably mainly meet Londoners, they struggle pronouncing most English words
  10. I think most people realise that to be fair...
  11. Im not denying the flames will grow, im loling that the oxygen rushing in through an open bonnet will make the flame bigger, but meh, not that arsed
  12. I dont think he is. Its not going to be O2 rushing in as much as the flame being able to build. The engine bay isnt a closed space on any vehicle, its not like the fire needs to pull oxygen in thru the bonnet. I suspect this could be another plane on a treadmill though.
  13. Thats true, cos oxygen wouldnt be coming up from below, or in through the sides.
  14. Less whooshy, thats going to be a good investment. If there is anything you dont want, its whooshy gearchanges in an NA. Id have a read about Suprastore tho
  15. What trans upgrade are you going for?
