  1. Tough one. Most paint-strippers are pretty likely to attack the plastic of the lenses
  2. Whifbitz is in Enfield i believe. I would get there pretty quick then!!
  3. Dont use any chemical or abrasive. Are they plastic or film? Adhesive used?

Fair enough. Depending though whether you have smaller 'jspec' or larger 'uk spec' brakes, they are either an upgrade or a downgrade. EDIT - have you seen the 'custom brackets'? They are some bits of ally with hopeful holes drilled in them! I would be looking at properly made brackets if i was you. The brakes are the only thing stopping you, dont scrimp on them.
  5. Bump. Id rather not Ebay it as ill just get loads of emails asking 'whats da 0-60 man' and 'is it turbo, whats da brake innit' etc.

Only with custom made mountings etc... Post a pic of your calipers as 2 types were fitted as standard, it may be that replacements are cheaper.
  8. Without fitting a new clutch, you wont be able to get it mapped. Fasle economy to leave a stock one in 'til it blows'
  9. Thought it looked like one but wasnt sure. Reduces movement at the top of the stick by changing the fulcrum point. effectively reducing the 'throw'
  10. Ideally you need a dyno to find out when peak power and peak torque are produced, and go from there. If its stock, find out what rpm they are normally developed at and go with that, the only expeption being that if you are about to cross the line, and are still accelerating you may as well not change I think. Not actually put the theory into practice myself
  11. If you also know Roman numerals then you aint askin' the dumbest questions
  12. Cool, fair play Going well then
  13. Ahh Homer love, is there any finer kind?
  14. Is your Supra UK spec or Japanese import? UK have MAF, JDM have MAP.
  15. Controversially, thats usually because by the time its done well enough to last you may as well have sold your NA and bought a stock TT. At worst NA-TT conversion would work out around the same and provide flexibility to go as far as you want. Obviously there are exceptions to that rule. There are only a few well built NA-T's on here that didnt cost more than it would have to go NA-TT, and thats when the owner has done all the work, including any fabrication themselves. All imo of course
  16. Cheap, reliable, fast. Pick any two.
  17. Seems a bit random having a nice MSB NA and then chucking the cheapest possible parts at it to make it slower than a stock TT. Its not like you need speed from it, you have the black car for that, so what purpose would it serve?
