So why get a 'daily' that uses more fuel than it needs, that will ultimately make the aero feel slow? Seriously, slap yourself and get something thats going to be nice to drive in the winter. Even the Integra, which is by far the most sensible of the ones you have suggested, is going to be a torquey monster begging for modifications to be flown overnight from Japan, understeer in the wet, and make you wonder why you bothered. Why have 2 cars that use loads of fuel? You already said petrol is 140p a litre.
Though it pains me to do it, i agree fully with Martin, just get something reliable and diesel for the winter that you can use to get to work in. It will be comfy and dry, warm and a pleasure to drive.
