I would suggest Jezz for a second hand one or Nic for a new one cheaper than Toyota. Clearly a used one wont neccesarily be better than the one you have. Have you tried cleaning it?

I think some folks are thinking of the 4 rubber bump stops, of which its usually the lower 2 that need changing Some folks are thinking of the actual boot aperture rubber seal
