My car is a 1995 twin turbo manual JDM import. While accelerating this probe like thing connected to a bracket and a cable/wire fell off the bottom of the car and is dragging on the road. The wire has also frayed. Can anyone tell me what it is? Thanks Part in question: https://imgur.com/a/58cjElX
