Does anyone really buy cars off e-bay? I cant bring myself to trust the site myself.. Always people trying to rip you off on there..

Hell aye boy.. I got one of these bad un's fitted off the number plate by a bit of wire: (Check Thumbnail) Nah only joking mate.. Have not got anything for fogs yet.. Thats why I need some idiot-guide to putting that conversion thing in place...
-
How much more power do you get with the stock intake compared to aftermarket setups then? I have the Blitz SUS at the moment...
-
They did not ask you to turn the fogs on? Thats odd, they always check all mine Not had a MOT with the soop yet, and I just know they will check them

Well, one thing learned today.. Don't career move to be an electrician I had a read through the destructions from the link above, but got a bit lost. Has anyone done this to a J-Spec who could help me out with photos etc? Also if anyone has an idea of where to get a nice chrome switch to go with it.. (Read somewhere, someone had got a chrome switch with a BLUE LED ) Thanks in Advance guys, Marcus.

Just wondering where everyone has got their rear fog lights installed? As taking off the facia to fit my stereo, I found that the switch for the rear fogs was not connected. It could be that the wire had come off, so I am just wondering how or where I would find the fog light set up. Thanks, Marcus.

How come the supras did not do too well guys? Seems the show was run by Skylines and Evos

Had a little play with one of these today on the way home form the office. It seemed very quick for a normal GT4. He had a sticker on the back saying "Trained Toyota Technition" Started off with him on my ass. Which I dont like, so I pulled in, let him pass, then pulled out and did the same to him! Got to a roundabout, I was behind him, he floored it comming off the roundabout, seemed fast, but I think its because he was off the roundabout on the straight, while I was just corning off roundabout to straighen up.. Anyways, speeded up and stayed behind him where he then pulled over and I shot past doing at least 120. All in all, a little respect was earned to the GT4, it was not too bad. Obviusly the soop was the winner I had the GF in the car also. She said nothing Bit bummed though about the FCD. It seemed to cut in a lot tonight. I think its because it was very cold and it overboosted a bit. Got home, and the peak on my defi was 1.4BAR and on the BLITZ contr it was 1.32 peak.. Defo due to the cold I think. I need to upgrade By the way, anyone know why the defi gauges show a little bit in difference of boost to the BLITZ boost controller?

Holy crap - Some good vids in the above link - No hammering on Skylines or Imprezza's thou - SHAME!) 180MPH in 7.9SEC - That is manic.. Supprised he did not flip the damn thing :upside:

Hi all, Has anyone got vid's or clips of a Supra kicking some damn cars a$$.. All I have seen so far is the supra get beat on by Skyline in that drag race and now a BMW M3. Someone must have a clip of proof somewhere, which shows the Supra is not a wimp at the bottom of a pile of brutal beasts... I need one to show friends

hehehe.. Very funny.. I like it. Good replies boyos..

Check the access number is the right one for your service. Should be able to get this from the BT website.

Hell, send it back, it has no roof!!!!!

Seems expensive to me for them details. Looks like still got SMIC. Engine looks stock except the air box and BOV. It is me, or is that a weird place for the BOV to be mounted? Or is it something else looking a nice pritty colour Looks stock exhaust also.

Does battery power effect the performance of the car at all then, or is it just the starting of it etc... I would not mind getting a new one, as having mine on just for a little while drains the battery to a point where it does not quite have enough power to turn the engine over. Any more info on batteries on performance etc. I dont fancy putting one in the boot.

Is that supra actually using TC or is that a no-no when drag racing as it would sup some of the power? I would of thought the RL system with launch cont would of helped him perform better..?

Surely if thats the case then. When I am boosting at 1.3BAR, my first turbo is running at a 1.3BAR pressure? Thats not possible if the EGBV opens at around .7 .8 BAR. If each is boosting at 1.1BAR and producing 50% each of the flow, then the total pressure is going to be (give or take a bit) 2.2BAR What Ian says makes logical sence. When the system is fully boosting both turbos there is no way of getting T2 to boost at a higher pressure, as the gasses exiting through the EGBV from T1 is then getting passed onto T2, therefore the same flow of gasses are reaching both the turbines. If T2 had its own valve and this gate had a different pressure before it opened, THEN you would get your T2 running at a different pressure. ie T1 boosting at 0.1BAR then EGBV opens at 0.1BAR exits gases hit another valve which opens at 0.5BAR then once it reaches that pressure the second one is online and producing 0.5BAR Let me stress, I am still a newbi learning.. So if any of what I said makes sense, I will be a chuffed bunny. Very interesting reading by the way guys.. Learing alot I think

I have been reading some threads about the FPR's and just wondered if this this would do the same job.. Hopefully the engineers here will be able to crack the code in which the description of this is written (Picture Attached) The Aeromotive A1000-6 Injected Bypass Regulator was developed for high horsepower EFI applications. Compatible with the Aeromotive A1000 Fuel Pump, this regulator is a cousin to our widely-used A1000 Injected Bypass Regulator, delivering performance, long-life, and reliable operation. Base pressure (vacuum/boost disconnected) is adjustable from 30 to 70 PSI. Alcohol compatible. Provides two -6 AN inlet ports and one -6 AN return port. Fuel pressure will rise on a 1:1 ratio when referencing boost. 1/8" NPT gauge port. Beautifully finished with type II bright red and clear anodized coatings. Applications: For high horsepower EFI applications where -6 AN fuel lines are used for supply and return.

Just had a thought.. It would be cool if we could have our supras on the front of the card.. Ohh yess, I like that.... Just had another thought.. Have the cards been ordered etc? As I have got a card printer with a load of blank cards (Credit Card size and strength) No nothing doggy.. Old job. How many members are there? I could of done them, and we could of done the design ourselfs.. Top notch.. Let me know if it appeals..

Hi all, Does anyone know how to work the knobs on this unit? (Pic Attached) I was told when I had the car that the only knob which needed to be turned for adjusting the rev cut off was the (Yellow) GAIN knob. Unfortunately, when showing some guys at work the soop, I have got a funny feeling that one of the Fiddled with the settings.. I have found now that the GAIN knob when set at 5 now does not cut the engine at 5K RPM.. Doing a little testing it seems to work thou when I start adjusting the RED knob which I think stands for the standard RPM setting. Please does anyone have any input on what knobs should be set to what, and which I have to use for the RPM cut off setting which can be made on the fly.. Many thanks in advance for any info... SET-UP and SWITCH REV-1 (RED KNOB): To set up standard RPM. REV-2 (WHITE KNOB) NOT USED I DONT THINK: The white wire connection set up the RPM readings that corresponds to the side brake switch signal. It works using an external switch. It switches off the engine by inputting a negative signal. GAIN (YELOW KNOB): Controls the engine RPM cut off setting. For example, o is off, and 1 ~ F is the adjustment range. The standard initial setting is 6.

Power pules usally indicates its actually working reducing power and therefore stopping loss of traction.. Or are you talking about major power pules? Could be settings in the RL unit not right.. I have a RLTC data file which should be a good start for the supra. Had it from RL themselfs. I have had mine a while now, and as a fiddler :upside: I read the data from the RL unit and the wheel channels looked very odd.. So, jacked up each wheel and tested the lot. Turns out the wheel channels were actually set to the wrong wheels Not helping at all! Sorry that was no relevance at all, just wanted to share my experiance If you have a laptop and the software, maybe worth taking her for a spin and receording the data to analysis.. But someone may have a more straight forward answer..

I have not had the opportunity to have someone behind me that I know yet in the dark to let me know if I flame or not.. erm I mean the car ! But she does pop every now and again at gear changes.. Does this pop mean there is flamage? :flame Dev
