  1. Whats the point in the adapter then? Erm I mean, why have a 4" system when its only 3" manifold and downpipe? Would'nt the best benifit be 4" all the way through?
  2. Is it the normal black and in good nick fellar?
  3. Christ, just relised what car you have now. For some reason I had the Nissan 200 in my mind Sorry, but I just cant see the S2000 (even modded) being close to a 350 BHP car even with the weight difference. Arnt the 0-60 times on them over 6 seconds? Sorry nice cars and fantastic engine, but just wondering on your experience.
  4. Whats their web link then fella?
  5. Whats happening with this one now, as I have heard nothing about the new GTR or the new Mark V which I thought were going to be released in 2007 which is not far away..
  6. I am after one aswell. Been trying to get a decent condition one for ages. How much are they with Toyota anyone know?
  7. Just see if you can try out a decatted BPU+ TT fellar. Whether it be a VVT-i or not. You will see a big difference. Just sounded like the one you drove did not have anything done to it and maybe needed a little work.
  8. Dibbsy boy.. You got a pukka parcel shelf availble?
  9. What do they mean by cat back? All I am trying to work out is that if you get a 3" manifold and down pipe with the turbo kit will my decat pipe still be needed to connect it to the exhaust? Would I be right in saying that the bits to the system would be Manifold - Downpipe - Exhaust mid - Backbox with cat back exhaust or would it be Manifold - downpipe - De-CAT pipe - Exhaust mid - Backbox?
  10. Shit guys, I have been trying to figure this exhaust crap out. Could someone please say whether say a BL or PHR turbo kit comes with the manifold pipes and also the down pipe and will just bolt onto say an exhaust systems middle pipe and back box? Or will I still need to use my decat pipe? Unsure if a decat pipe is different to the downpipe supplied with the turbo kits.. Also, I am guessing most manifolds/downpipes are 3" therefore only a 3" exhaust is the only logical choice, as having a 3" going into a 4" exahaust system does seem a pointless excercise to me. Hope someone can make this a little clearer to me.
  11. You had a bit of lag? Not sure about others but I have no lag at all when planting the foot on mine, especially if the RPM's are over 4K. I have easy done 170 leptons on mine with plenty, and I mean plenty left to go. Maybe it needs some work on it mate, does not sound like a de-restricted one to me. Guessing you mean de-restricted as in de-catted? If its not de-catted then you would find it a little laggy. Drive a de-catted one. Thinking on it, cant be de-catted and de-restricted that much if only pushing 350.
  12. If its a GTR, why is there only smoke comming off the rear wheels?
  13. Got to disagree there fellar. They are very loving, intelligent, and independant beings.
  14. Any ideas guys? As the exchange rate is pritty good at the moment
  15. Fantastic contribution, thanks..
  16. If I get a 4" Exhaust system like the HKS HYPER TITANIUM. Will that just come with end pipe and middle, thus leaving me still to get a manifold and downpipe. Are the manifolds used with 4" exhaust systems normal size or are they bigger than normal also? Also the down pipe? Hope this question makes sense.
  17. Is your power supply to it crowded in any way, as I have heard that can cause some of the overheating problems. Best keep the power brick un-crowded and free to keep cool. Had 2 of these systems, not had any problems with them..
  18. Whats the "big end"? You mean the crank shaft bearnings? Sorry for being stupid.
  19. Ahh I see. Rods are pritty good stock also then? P.s. Bore ovality - Guessing its bad that then? What would that cause? More wear on the crank shaft?
  20. Migster boy, how are you? What are you on about this streching stuff?
  21. That kind of shows the right cooling and A/F ratio across the revs the stock will hold up okay then. Guessing the T67 is the biggest you want to go then on stock and not too much pressure either. Much faster than BPU?
  22. Ian, what power/turbo you running and did you upgrade any internals?
  23. Any thoughts on what internals needed for that power then? Read a bit on Terry S's site and he upgraded the rods and bolts.
  24. So to have 600+ its going to cost a shed load more than just the turbo/map and fuel upgrades then? What did you mean about drivetrain also, surely thats not needed aswell? Starting to think that keeping it as it is would be a lot better
