Hi All, The dates for the Yakushi Show have been announced for middle of August this year. Location is Whittlebury Hall (near Silverstone) - the same location as prior years, but earlier in the summer and therefore hopefully glorious weather. I’ll get this thread updated with more info in the coming days, but if you’re interested in coming again this year (trying to see if we get enough interest for the same setup as last year) please comment below. If you haven't been before, it's a weekend of Good Friends, Good Food, Cars and camping. We hire in a marquee, fridge, cooking equipment etc, but need to understand interest before we set ticket prices for this year. Last year they were at £150 per person - to include show entry and all of your food and drink for the weekend. I'd imagine we'll be somewhere in that region with this years prices too. More info on the show itself can be found here: https://yakushi-show.co.uk/ Edit, tickets now available in the club store here as follows: https://www.mkivsupra.net/store/category/7-yakushi-show-2025/ 1) Yakushi@Whittlebury Park 15th-17th August 2025 Full weekend ticket to include Show Entry & Camping (incl. Club stand, Food and Drink) @ £150 2) Yakushi@Whittlebury Park 15th-17th August 2025 non-refundable club stand deposit ticket @ £80 3) Yakushi@Whittlebury Park 15th-17th August 2025 Show Entry show entry and food/drink @ £70 Ticket 1 is al you need for weekend entry, however in order to break the pain up a little, there is a deposit option too (so you either need 1 ticket 1, or tickets 2 and 3 together to get in). If you do use the deposit option, final sales of ticket 3 will be by 1st July please. I also note, tickets 1 and 2 are non-refundable as we'll be using these sales to buy supplies along the way. More info to come... thanks Adi

Updating the first post with paid list now - we really need to get these tickets bought asap for this to be viable people: if you said you'd come, and haven't yet bought your ticket, please get on to it. (similarly if you said you could make it, but no longer can, please also let us know) -

Tickets now available in the club shop all, as follows: 1) full weekend ticket to include food/drink/show entry @£150 per person 2) a non refundable club stand deposit ticket @ £80 per person 3) show entry and food drink @ £70 per person (This gives people the ability to spread the cost a little given that we’re at a higher price point than previous years. Ticket 1 gets you everything; if you buy a ticket 2 you’ll also need to buy a ticket 3 or you won’t get in) get buying please people - this is only viable if we can get deposits in quickly. I also note, alcohol will only be completely free flowing if we get a good number north of 43 people). Will update the main post with this info too. -

Surprisingly the alcohol isn’t even close to being the biggest contributor to the price. -

so people who have shown an interest so far are: Wile James_CBR Burna Adi Inazone Faith & Paul Benjy Dino Trix143 x 3 Lee S Chris & Jenni Axl (and hopefully therefore Karrie too?) Vicki Lane (and therefore presumably Buster too) Ellis Pig Fluff Richard Reed Pete? Thinking of splitting the tickets to a (non-refundable) deposit so we can get the marquee booked and remainder for show entry/food & drinks etc - watch this space! -
Hi All, Following on from the successes of last years show, quick thread to understand if we've got enough interest to do this in 2024. Location will be the same as the last few years (Whittlebury Hall) but it's a week later this year: 6th-8th September. I note: - The event will need to fully fund itself to be viable; This means an increase on what we charged from last year from ~£90 per person up to ~£150 (as always this would include show entry/food/drink etc) - Ticket purchases would need to be swift/much earlier in the year in order to budget/ensure we can do this Please pop your names down below if interested and if we can get enough names together I'll get this moving. *update* Tickets now available in the club shop as follows: 1) full weekend ticket to include food/drink/show entry @£150 per person 2) a non refundable club stand deposit ticket @ £80 per person (now removed) 3) show entry and food drink @ £70 per person (now removed) This gives people the ability to spread the cost a little given that we’re at a higher price point than previous years. If you buy a Ticket 1 this gets you everything; if you buy a ticket 2 you’ll also need to buy a ticket 3 or you won’t get in Get buying please people - this is only viable if we can get deposits in quickly. I also note, alcohol will only be free flowing if we get a good number north of 43 people. Tickets now bought as follows (NB this is purchases and doesn't distinguish deposits from full tickets): Burna x 3 (paid in full) Wile x 5 (paid in full) Buster x 4 (paid in full) SupraFluff x 2 (paid in full) Faith x 2 (paid in full) Supra Dino x 2 (paid in full) Trix143 x 3 (paid in full) Nutkin x 2 (paid in full) Inazone x 4 (paid in full) Axl x 2 (paid in full) Jaycm x 2 (paid in full) Benjy x 2 (paid in full) Suprakeith x 1 (paid in full) Wheelynuts x 2 (paid in full) *Update* Food schedule: Friday lunch = Pizza @ 1pm - Adi Friday evening meal = Meat Paella @ 6.30pm - Adi Friday late BBQ = Burgers/Hot dogs @ 9.30pm - Wests Saturday breakfast @ 9am - Suprafluff Saturday lunch = BBQ @ 1pm - Chef TBC Saturday evening meal = Pasta @ 6.30pm - Karrie/Vicki Saturday late BBQ = Burgers/Hot dogs @ 9.30pm - Chef Trix guests Sunday breakfast @ 9am - Chef TBC If you or anyone you are bringing is vegan/vegetarian/has other dietary requirements, please shout asap

Not long now: don’t forget to bring everything you need (and if you forget your ticket contact me as I have a backup plan!) Please also ensure (if you want to be fed) that you’re around the club stand at meal times; I won’t be chasing you around with a burger in hand. One final request please: if you see anyone in our fridges without a red club wrist band on, please do confront them if you’re comfortable to, and ask them to stop.
-
Attendees, in addition to your tent please remember to bring: - your own bedding etc - a bowl/plate - something to drink out of - your own cutlery - something to sit on As it stands, we're not catering for any vegetarians, as no-one has come back to say they are. It's not yet too late, so please let me know before Friday. Also, if anyone fancies cooking breakfast Saturday or Sunday morning, so I don't have to, please let me know.

Attendee list updated: tickets come off sale today so if you're thinking about joining us, get on it Please also keep an eye on the main post: I'll be putting a map up over the weekend so you know where we'll be RE Saturday only attendees: I've checked, and show stand is definitely only weekend only ticket holders, so you'll need to park in the public car park and wander over to say hi. For a contribution to the beer fund, we'll share the burgers at lunch time though Not long now!
