  1. also may take a cheap estate car or similar in part ex
  2. cheers guys, quite a rare one this as its a recent series 4 model and a slicktop ie hard roof so its lighter and more rigid
  3. Yeh its empty at the moment Gutted to have to sell it but would 100% have another one, the most relaxing way to end the day having a glass of wine or beer in the garden
  4. In good condition, had this for just over a year and loved every minute of it and trust me its the best thing i ever bought but due to recent events in my life and the fact that the house is being sold i need to sell it More information here http://www.thehottubssuperstore.co.uk/LX8000.html Mine is the same colour base as the one in the video but a lighter blue center, i have upgraded the stereo to a nice sony marine mp3 player with remote control. You can get hot tub removal firms to pick up and deliver/install hot tubs for around £300 so please be aware of that and it needs a 35 amp connection. I also have a metal gazebo that can go with it free if wanted, its been in the garden for a year so it needs a clean but its an expensive one. Would like £3000 ono Its located in Morecambe, Lancs Mike
  5. Its with a heavy heart and due to recent events i have to sell my zed I just cant afford to keep it at the moment as i have been left with the house along with its bills and debt until its sold so i need to sell a few bits to keep me going. I bought this car earlier this year but it needed a few bits doing to it so over the past few months i have been changing bits and bobs on the car to make it a perfect get in and drive 300zx. Heres the spec: 1995 Series 4 Slicktop Manual Twin Turbo 75000 miles 10 Months MOT 4 Months TAX New Sigma Cat 1 alarm fitted Engine: Standard Engine Uprated Front Mount Intercooler Uprated Alloy Radiator Apexi Air Filter Mines Adjustable FPR With Gauge Hardpipes with HKS BOVs Electronics: JD Chip Greddy Spec 2 Profec B Boost controller running 1 bar Defi Boost Gauge HID Lights Suspension/Drive Train/Wheels: Lowered on Tein Springs Nismo Short Shifter (not fitted yet) Uprated Clutch Apexi Exhaust with decat Driftworks HICAS Arms 18" Rota GTR Alloys with 8.5" front 9.5" rears Falken 452 Tyres Body: 99 Spec Front Bumper Interior: Series 2 Electric seats (both) Momo Steering wheel JVC MP3 Player Removed Parts: Carbon Canister AC The condition of the car is good, it does not use oil or drop oil and drives superb, pulls very very well indeed. I have a full service set to go with the car including new oil filter, oil and new uprated plugs, i also have a full set of refurbished brakes to fit to the car which can go with it, i have some 15mm spacers to fit but was leaving them until i did the brakes but these can go with the car as well as a garage full of parts which are worth quite a bit of money. Bad bits As with all zeds theres a few niggles, the front bumper has a few bits of paint that have flakes off, nothing really bad but i would rather mention them, one of the O2 sensors is lazy so runs a little rich sometimes but i have bought a set of nearly new o2 sensors which are coming and these will go with the car. When cold the box sometimes is a little crunchy into second gear, again once warmed up its fine so a gearbox oil change would sort this out and hasnt bothered me. Its had some side skirts fitted at some point in its life so has some tiny holes in the door slam on the sills which need filling, again nothing really bad but to save water getting in its worth having them done. Erm the only other thing i can think of is the gearstick runner is split so when cold you get a bit of whining coming through. So the above is nothing really bad. The car was last dyno'd at 280 rwhp at near standard boost so the engine is in really good condition, doesnt smoke one little bit and its now setup to run 1 bar of boost once the plugs are in so it will be a very very fast zed. Price wise i would like to see £4000 for the car as ive spent well over £2k on the car since buying it. if anyone wants more pictures please let me know Mike
  6. can be tough but theres nothing like doing a job that someone is willing to pay for and the money goes in your own pocket as long as your good with paperwork and computers it can be pretty easy I gave up a very good job 18 months ago and i dont earn anywhere near as much money but i dont regret it......yet LOL

    Tyre choice

i was reading this thread yesterday which is interesting as yesterday my car had brand new toyo's on and they were superb which i knew they would be as i have had them before. on my 500rwhp 300zx i had falken 451's and they were even better than the toyos, really grippy and lasted well too. anyway got my new wheels on last night with new falken 452's on and there terrible going round a roundabout and not very fast and the back end came out?? may have looked cool but when your not trying to do it, its not cool. Messed with the pressure and they seem to be a little better but will need to "feel" my way into these tyres as they have not inspired confidence as yet Mike
  14. if it was closer i would have had this for my garage as i want to convert the room, really cheap this is
  15. god damm it will send it via pigeon then
  16. my boiler is a bit of an odd one, its a powermax 155 which is a combi boiler with a water store as well, the thing is huge LOL
  17. Woohooo got heating Just taking the valve off again as i was going to push the piston down to do it manually and i noticed that the pipe was getting warm to the valve so as soon as i pushed in the piston the radiator got hot then as i was putting the valve back on i burnt my hand LOL So many many thanks for all your help guys, much appreciated Mike
  18. Will try that Cheers for all your help Mike
  19. odd shut off all the other radiators apart from the bedroom one and the boiler doesnt fire up even when the thermastat is on full temperature?
  20. yep, its totally full, no air at all in it?
  21. For some reason on of the radiators in my house is stone cold? its completely full and every other radiator is nice and toasty?? the valve is on full? The only thing i can think if is a faulty valve? Any help welcome as its the sons bedroom and its freezing in there Mike
